This has happened to me on multiple occasions. It's deeply frustrating for people who work insane hours to take the time to drive over (with plenty of time to spare), only to be told in a very brusque manner that they aren't accepting any more cars. It should be noted that other locations don't seem to have this problem- it seems to be a quirk of workplace culture specific to this particular location.

I called Master Tech and Keith said bring it right in. I got there at 8:30 am and they put on lift and pulled off the muffler so I could get to work and bandaged up the exhaust so they could order a new muffler. Keith called mid afternoon and was unable to find a muffler for my Volvo which would have been $650 plus. He welded and fixed it like it was new and the charge was 1/4 the price. He is a family man/people person as I witnessed when he showed me a video of his daughters singing. He was proud showing the video as he appears proud of his mechanical skills saving customers time and money. I will be back because there is no reason to not have Master Tech Auto service your car!!
