Love Sunday jambalaya but one time they ran out so I had the ribs. Equally as good. Lunch the other day was a burger and it was great. Fries were a bit under cooked. Always a great meal service, and fun.

Suppose to be an Angus Burger?? Not the best!

Not a fan this time. NOT A FAN Wednesday is all you can eat Chicken Wings $10, way to much breading. NO CELERY!! Unheard of as Wings, celery, blue cheese dressing a WI must. Bloody Mary NO BEER CHASER, another WI must. Sign in Window says $2.50 Every Wednesday the Shandy Beer. SIGN IN THE WINDOWS!! All day but the Bar Tender laughed said "old signs & after 6PM" Young Bar Tender acted so cocky, unprofessional and rude. Told us to go next store if I wanted a beer chaser!! All in all We Won't be back. Last year an AWESOME Lady Bar tender and very accommodating. The place is Clean and orderly. The Head Bangin Music at 1:30 pm was noisy & loud. That crowd sure didn't need that. Very Disappointed to say the least. I said to the kid, "why are you being rude" Answer, " I'm in pain Tatoo hurts"! The Burger was just OK. We are Senior Yelpers and we speak from the

Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwhich (fried) with Onion Rings. The fries were also very good!

Food was delicious! Prices are very reasonable and staff was very friendly. Our waitress alone makes this place 5 stars. She brought us to go boxes right as we were needing them, and we didn't even have to ask. Amazing service. Will be stopping again and bringing our family for a delicious and reasonably priced lunch!

Love love love these Mac and Jack bites even if they took a long time to come out. Vinny was a great bartender and knows how to make the best rum buckets. Would also recommend the chicken bacon ranch wrap.

We stopped in Norm's when we were passing through Lyndon Station. We are very happy we did. It was my wife's birthday so a nice cold beverage sounded wonderful. The place was big, it was busy, the people were friendly, the food smelled and looked amazing, and the drinks were cold. What more could you ask for.... We sat here and talked to some locals about different establishments to try nearby, being we were not familiar with area. The locals were more than happy to help. Food was all you can eat big Shrimp on Mondays....$10.99. You got alot of Shrimp and big shrimp at that. Also happy hour is buy one drink get one drink free.... cant beat that. We will be back for sure next time we are in town. I would say this is a must stop if you are near this area....

A group of six of us walked in, sat ourself, and I asked a bartender if the kitchen was open. There were two guys behind the bar. They looked at each other and gave a nod. The younger guy said yes, but we are out of the fish fry. No problem for us. We were served by the younger guy and he was friendly, attentive, and didn't treat us as second class as most of our group took water while I had a couple beers. It was pretty quiet when we arrived. We tried a couple apps, and a few different burgers and fried shrimp. Having read about the steak burger, we had high expectations but it fell a bit flat. Others mentioned a sauce, but there wasn't any in ours. The burger with bacon and jalapeño was a banger though! Onion rings and fries were excellent. The curds were good, but I've had better. When it came time to close the check, our server met me as I jumped off my stool. I don't know his name, but gave him a 25% tip. Wish he worked at my place! For the Dells, the price is very reasonable in my opinion. As we were leaving things were lighting up, and getting loud. I got the impression the kitchen was closing even though they say they are open late as the older guy was grumbling about only having two people working. As an owner of a cocktail bar I get that things happen, but I don't like my employees getting upset about it. The younger guy kept his cool - even if he was hoping for more. I do plan to go back for another service and ask about the sauce on the steak burger. Felt weird to talk about it before getting it the way I assume they serve it. Our son is staying for grad school so we have an excuse to try again!

Very much unimpressed. The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of one star, is the soup of the day (a cauliflower soup) was absolutely delicious...but the main meal was bland to put it mildly. There are too many other options. I'm not much of a drinker but I'm also sure the drinks would be good as they looked appetizing, yet with better options in town, I still wouldn't recommend.

My best friend and I are up here for a spontaneous spring break trip. She's celliac, so it's important for us to find restaurants that take gluten allergies seriously and offer alternative options. Right off the bat when we asked about gluten buns, the staff were willing to ask questions about the proposed allergy and helped us find items on the menu to avoid cross contamination as much as possible. They even let my friend substitute the fries in the monkey fries for tater tots so that she could still enjoy the item. Our burgers were so juicy and great too. Our waitress was so friendly and kind as well. I genuinely couldn't have asked for a better way to start off our trip than a visit here.

Quick side note, there are two locations, and one of our team members went to the wrong one. Our waiter was very patient as we waited for them to arrive. There is a large variety of food on the menu. I had the cilantro lime rice bowl. I did ask for no avocado and to add jalapenos. It was wonderfully satisfying. The food came amazingly fast. Once we were done eating, they cleared quickly and let us chat for another hour.

Forgettable pub fare…read more While staying at the Chula Vista resort for a trade show, our group was in search of a casual dining option and we ended up at Howler's Sports Bar. The menu consists of typical sports pub fare: wraps sandwiches, pizza, nachos, etc. The Market Fresh Buffet was also available as an option, but after a quick scan of the buffet, I decided to take my chances with something off the menu, A colleague and I decided to try the BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza was topped with smoked Gouda and mozzarella, barbeque sauce, grilled chicken, red onions and cilantro. There were a couple major flaws with the pizza. First, diced garlic was sprinkled on the crust before the pizza went in the oven. Those small pieces of garlic burnt to a blackened crisp as the pizza baked, so every bite of crust left the bitter after taste of burnt garlic. Second, the chicken was extremely salty and also had an overly strong garlic flavor. The barbeque sauce was nothing special, probably something along the lines of Sweet Rays. Other than the burnt garlic, the crust had little taste and it was extremely soggy in the center of the pie. When I tried to pick up a slice, all the topping slid off on to my plate. While the cheeses were generously applied, the Gouda lacked any smoky flavor as promised on the menu description. I did like the addition of fresh cilantro, I thought that added a nice accent to the dish. Our server provided disinterested service at best. One of the members of our party who ordered the soup and salad bar had to ask three times to get more greens added to the salad bar. after finding the salad tub empty. She would check in sporadically and no effort has made to keep the water glasses full. The bar area was very hopping for a Wednesday night with a multitude of conference attendees. Lots of drinkers, very few diners and for good reason. I definitely will find a different dining option next time I'm at the Chula Vista.
