We got here for a late dinner and were seated within a couple minutes. April was our server and she was super quick and nice! She took out order quickly and brought us all the sides and condiments we asked for. Food was good as well. The country fried steak and eggs were cooked perfectly and the double cheeseburger was also perfect. Onion rings and pancakes were also delicious. The fettuccine alfredo was a little bland so probably would skip that next time. read more

The fact that this place uses the word "quality" on their menu must be a joke. The owners must be laughing at everyone walking through their doors thinking they are about to receive a quality meal. Let's talk about their "steak" it is the worst quality steak I have ever seen and tasted. The steak was gray, I wouldn't feed this steak to an animal. Many months later I come back, the fries are undercooked, the sausage is undercooked, the ham is overcooked and the bacon is overcooked. I decided to ask for new sausage and this is something I would have never expected, they deep fried it! Who does that? Lazy people who don't care about what you consume that's who. I've been coming to Norms since 1982 and I always enjoyed it. I've been getting veggie burgers all over, so i'm gonna rate the veggie burger here ten out of a ten. It's been something I've been doing now weekly in the City of Orange.I got it a while ago on august eighteenth.But I wrote down my rating, and I remember it was exceptional. It was the best one so far. But i've always enjoyed norms.I used to get the veggie omelet or even before that when I ate meat i would get the patty melt which was great. And I love the caesar salad and the steak fries. Norm's is good. I enjoyed it more when they used to play oldies music from the fifties and sixties. I grew up in the eighties, I graduated from high school in 1983 - however, in the eighties, I also used to listen to the oldies music from the fifties and sixties which is what they played on K-earth 101 at that time in the 80s. So when I went into Norms, I really enjoyed hearing that up until covid, which is when I stopped going to many eating places.For obvious reasons. Now they play the eighties, music. And i've heard that for so many years now that I almost would rather hear the fifties and sixties. One complaint about radio stations now. If you lived in the 80s, they played all songs obviously from the time. For some reason, many of these radio stations who play 80s music only play the same few songs over and over and not all the other stuff, it's just a select playlist. Many of the songs which were popular in the nineteen eighties I have not heard for years. So the radio stations are pandering to what people want to hear, just like the top 25 - 50 songs from that era. But five hundred are being ignored? Because I think the young people want to hear what they think was the eighties, but they don't really remember it. So they don't know that there were many more songs which are not being played. read more

The service was okay and decent. I ordered the 6oz. Sirloin Steak meal And the steak was tasty. My salad was basic but seemed a bit old. My veggies were overcooked and my rice had a weird smell. I didn't eat these. The food quality was just okay. read more
