I've been coming to Norms since 1982 and I always enjoyed it. I've been getting veggie burgers all over, so i'm gonna rate the veggie burger here ten out of a ten. It's been something I've been doing now weekly in the City of Orange.I got it a while ago on august eighteenth.But I wrote down my rating, and I remember it was exceptional. It was the best one so far. But i've always enjoyed norms.I used to get the veggie omelet or even before that when I ate meat i would get the patty melt which was great. And I love the caesar salad and the steak fries. Norm's is good. I enjoyed it more when they used to play oldies music from the fifties and sixties. I grew up in the eighties, I graduated from high school in 1983 - however, in the eighties, I also used to listen to the oldies music from the fifties and sixties which is what they played on K-earth 101 at that time in the 80s. So when I went into Norms, I really enjoyed hearing that up until covid, which is when I stopped going to many eating places.For obvious reasons. Now they play the eighties, music. And i've heard that for so many years now that I almost would rather hear the fifties and sixties. One complaint about radio stations now. If you lived in the 80s, they played all songs obviously from the time. For some reason, many of these radio stations who play 80s music only play the same few songs over and over and not all the other stuff, it's just a select playlist. Many of the songs which were popular in the nineteen eighties I have not heard for years. So the radio stations are pandering to what people want to hear, just like the top 25 - 50 songs from that era. But five hundred are being ignored? Because I think the young people want to hear what they think was the eighties, but they don't really remember it. So they don't know that there were many more songs which are not being played. read more

Nice place to eat and relax. There is a great variety of food and drink options to choose from. They are known for their breakfast options. Server was friendly and attentive. I had the better breakfast of 2 eggs, 2 bacon, 2 sausage, ham, hash browns, and 2 hotcakes. It was delicious. Hash browns could've been cooked a smidge more for crispness. read more

My clients and I rode the bus to Norm's from Vocational Innovations to have lunch. Our waitress was Jackie. She was very friendly and patient with all of us taking our orders.Food was delicious and came out fast. The manager is always accommodating and patient with all of us. Norms is our go to restaurant for late night dinner when we are coming back from a long drive or from a late event because they are open late (so sad that they are not open 24-hours anymore :( ) Don't expect a high quality food from here but they are good enough to satisfy your late night hunger. You can't go wrong with any of their steak entree combos. We have tried most of them and we like them all. My favorite to order is the refillable hot chocolate :) perfect to have with your breakfast for dinner meal! Service here is a hit or miss. Some servers are checking on you so often but there are also some who rarely come by to see if you need anything else. Ambiance is okay. Place is clean but it's old and probably needs a renovation at some point. But, definitely one of my favorite diners in Orange, CA! read more

The food was amazing! My favorite party was the sausages! Oh yea I had as many as I could stuff in my mouth! They were warm and thick and juicy! And Jenny gave me the tastiest pancakes!
