We purchased a new 2016 Tucson six years ago from this dealership. They gave us an amazing deal on my wife's trade-in at the time that seemed just too good. In life it is said that you get what you pay for--we learned this to be true when dealing with this brand, and also this dealership in particular. There were many small problems evident immediately after purchase with the Tucson: locking mechanisms that worked erratically and unpredictably, stereo issues that seemed electrical in nature, etc. Roughly a year after purchase the door handle on one of the rear passenger doors gave out and wouldn't unlatch the door from the outside. About 6 months later the same problem on the other side. One of the mechanics mentioned that there was a known issue on the latching mechanisms for that model/year vehicle. When we asked about just preventively fixing all of them in order to honor/respect our time, we were told they couldn't fix them until they broke... sure enough the front passenger door's handle gave out about three months after that! We dealt with many more issues over the next couple of years: electric windows that stopped working after being rolled down (multiple times), and ongoing electrical issues with some of the more sensitive components in the vehicle. And then at roughly 80k miles and at 4.5 years old, the engine gave out. And we had to go through a warranty claim for an entirely new engine with Hyundai. You get a 10-year or 100k miles warranty through the brand--and make no mistake, you will need it. This rounds me to my final and most important grievance with this dealership: the service department. The level of customer service you will receive at this dealership is effectively zero. You are not important and they'll be sure that you feel this way. Your time isn't important to them, your level of inconvenience isn't important to them, nothing seems to be important to them. The warranty will be enacted sometimes and you won't have to pay--other times you will, unexplained. When you ask for an explanation it'll go over your head. You'll be told it is some part that somehow isn't covered under the amazing 10-year warranty they told you about when they sold you the car... it won't matter if the repair is going to take days or weeks. You will have to plead with them in order to get them to cover a rental, since they don't have loaners and don't engage in the practice of loaner vehicles.... They are continuously backed up on appointments and the schedule is always booked. So that broken window that won't roll up? Sorry but you are going to have to deal with that for 5-7 days until they can fit you in. You work at a place where that will invite theft--maybe even the theft of the car itself.... Not their problem. In order to get anything done for the warranty you will have to wait days and manage the problem yourself until then. We were at the service department so frequently and on the phone with them so often we knew their names! Brandon... manager of service over there, won't ever be able to help you and he'll just offer to kick your gripe up the chain--nothing will ever come of it. No one is helpful there. He once told me that it wasn't their fault and that "they didn't manufacture the vehicle". Which I found to be hilarious since they are a dealership service department. About 2 months ago my wife's window broke--first time for that specific window. When I called to talk to Brandon I was told that we would have to wait about a week--big surprise. My wife works in a sketchy area so this renders her vehicle useless while waiting on this repair. No loaner... no rental in spite of us asking and pointing to our rather lengthy service/repair record with them... with over 10k left on my wife's warranty... we decided to trade in the Tucson. We went to the Honda of Tomball and bought a CR-V. Honda of Tomball has an entire fleet of loaners by the way. This brand, this dealership, and this service department has been the worst experience ever. Your value to them disappears the moment you sign on the dotted line and they don't have to sell you anymore. Stay far, far away. read more

I bought my Veloster from them in 2013. Had reasonably good service until recently. My sunroof did not close properly. Car was a few months past 5 year warranty but had less than 13,000 miles due to some health problems I had. They told me it would cost me $5000. to fix. I went to a different dealership and they covered the entire thing. They also told me that if I had to pay for it the cost should have only been $1500. SHADY MECHANICS. I have a 2004 hyundai accent 100k miles. Have some computer issues I couldn't figure it out myself took it to the dealership thinking they would figure it out instead of actually working on the issue they try to sell me over $3000 in parts for a car that's worth about $1500. And they refused to actually address the issue that I took the car in for until they replaced all those parts. The parts they wanted to replace had no effect on the actual issue. Figured it out almost a year of not looking at the car That it was a blown fuse , a fuse that I had overlooked , in a fuse realy box THEY DIDN'T even bother to touch. . They had no intentions of helping a customer that day and they don't they're a business they DON'T CARE about your needs they care about your money. Came to look for me in the waiting area instead (I was sitting around the corner near the sakes floor because there were too many people) , and did not call or text me after being unable to find me in the waiting area...they then acted like it was my fault.Will never return. read more

Most unprofessional service department ever. If Brandon is your rep, heaven help you, he will never call you back. I had my car looked at on 7/5 for a sunroof shade repair. They told me they had to order parts, and would call me to schedule the service. A week later on 7/12 I still hadn't received call. I had to call them, only to find out they had received the part on 7/6 and nobody had bothered to call to let me know. They tell me the next available appointment was on 7/25. I bring the car in on 7/25 at 8:00AM, and wait 3 hours, only to be told the tech working on my car went home sick. They gave me a loaner that smells like BO, and sent me on my way. I wait two days, but no word on my car. I call and they tell me they needed to order another part, so just wait longer. I wait again, no call back from them so I call back on 8/1 - now the story is they have the additional part, but their technicians don't really know how to do this repair, so it's going to take longer because they're "figuring it out" and cannot give me an estimate on when they'll be done. It is now 8/4 (11 days since I dropped my car off for repair) and I call again. After 20 minutes of sitting on hold, they get on the phone to let me know that they can't fix my car after all. They now say it would require replacing the entire sunroof assembly, which is more than the bluebook value of my car. They said "maybe" they will have everything put back together tomorrow so I can get my UNFIXED car back. I am livid. I will never use these people again. read more

Had a bad experience with the sales side of this dealership and the service side. Earlier this year was looking for new car, salesman would not speak to us regarding purchase and never looked at our trade in. Ok no problem maybe they didn't need car sales and weren't interested in our business. Went to Humble Hyundai and purchased new car same day we looked at it. Very happy with car and the Humble dealership. Had a low tire light come on. Since the tires are filled with nitrogen and North Freeway Hyundai is very close to house took car there to get nitrogen added. Upon arriving in the service area we were told we would need to wait 3 hours to get the tire filled! Again we made clear we only needed nitrogen added to one low tire and we were told there are people in front of you, 3 hour wait. Maybe I am being unreasonable but this was not acceptable. read more

I took my car to get serviced. There were things I had to pay for and things covered under the warranty. I communicated I wanted both fixed. When I was told my car was ready, I learned they never even looked at the things covered under my warranty. So, I had to wait 39 minutes for them to do so. All to be told, the part had to be ordered, and they would contact me when it arrived. That was 8/29/23. I never heard from anyone. On 10/2/23, I contacted them to inquire about the part, and the manager, Brandon, who was rude and unapologetic, told me the part was never ordered. He told me he would order it and it should arrive by that Friday. He informed me he would call me on Friday. Today is 10/21/23, and I have yet to hear from anyone. I've visited the Hyundai on the south side, and I would recommend them instead. They are friendly and professional. You get in and out of there with no long waits. I only went to this location because it's closer to my home; however, driving for better service is worth it. I'm still waiting for my covered part to be fixed. I should of came to look at the reviews first. I would have known to go to the southwest location. Poor service is expected and likelybthw manager doesn't care. read more

Great staff. Gilbert was excellent in dealing with us and made sure that we got the best deal. Price was at sticker compared to Wiesner Hyundai in Conroe that wanted $4,000 above sticker price. Only complain that I have is that they force in adding is "Auto Butler" package for $895 which supposedly protect the car (read some reviews on it and not good). If it is a requirement they should include as part of the sticker price. Overall a good experience and would recommend this dealership. Ask for Gilbert. read more

After no success contacting another Hyundai dealer yesterday, I contacted the Parts Dept at this dealer on 10/20/21 looking for a part for my 2010 Hyundai. Note: I called the number for their Parts Dept as indicated on their website. Was answered by a recording saying to dial 1 for this dept, 2 for that dept, 3 for other dept, etc. I dialed the number for Parts and was answered by the Sales Dept! I said I was trying to reach Parts, she asked Retail or Wholesale, then transferred me. I was answered by a recording to leave a message and my call would be returned. I hung up and called back and got the same runaround. So I left a message around 2:35 PM but no one has called back. This is getting to be a major annoyance with businesses, doctors' offices, etc. Is your business so great that you don't need to answer the telephone/return customers' calls? You are representing the company you work for and not giving the best impression and certainly missing income-generating opportunities. So I went online and ordered the part. And businesses wonder why they are losing customers to online shopping. read more

Iv been trying to get In contact with these people for weeks now trying to get an estimate on how much it would be to get some bumper work and a scratch fixed on my brand new 2021 sonata, not only have I felt like iv been given the run around but I can hardly get a call or text back but when I finally did they said they were more concerned with the owners work rather then there customers, I can't even get an estimate I called corporate to explain my frustrations and comes to find out that I also so happen to have a recall on my vehicle that I wasn't informed of through this whole ordeal this dealship is where I had always gotten my work done and had also recently bought this brand new car from, words can't describe the kind of crappy customer service I have encountered, I wouldn't recommend buying selling or repairs from this establishment, I will say when you do get help they do a great job for the most part, really I just want the people who sold me the car to at least look at it and tell me how much it would be too repair and would be even better if they did the work since they are the ones who sold me the vehicle, with all the crap iv delt with the last 3 weeks doesn't seem like that's going to happen at all. read more

I purchased two brand new vehicles from Hyundai one back in 2013 and one in 2015. The one from 2015 is now 4 years old and has 69K miles. The AC is no longer working and I found out that the warranty is 5yr/60K mi (whichever comes first). I found it odd that the AC went out as the vehicle was just past the warranty period. I also felt as though there's a reasonable expectation to have your AC working well past 69K miles. As a result I called the dealership, let them know I was a loyal customer who made two purchases from them. I plead to have an exemption to the warranty since it was most likely an electrical issue and not a simple fix. After being on hold for 9 minutes, the service manager, Tim said no and hung up. I called Hyundai corporate and put in a case. They said they'll review it and it'll be 3-5 business days. I let them know that Houston is hot and if it can be expedited so I wouldn't have to drive in the heat. After three 30+ minute conversations and a week later, they have yet to review my case. Today I called corporate again and got another rude representative that said it could take up to 45 days! I then called another dealership and they too were not willing to help. The moral of the story-- Hyundai is cheaply built, I will never buy from them again, their customer service is horrible and the car will break down fairly quickly after purchase. My takeaway-- save your money, go elsewhere and never buy a Hyundai. I will not be buying a Hyundai again. I would have went to the BBB but the rule is the purchase had to be w/n a year to file a complaint with them. read more

I put my vehicle on KBB for an instant offer. Shortly after I received a call from Mark Statler with North Freeway Hyundai. Statler said that they would be interested in purchasing my vehicle. I told him that I wouldn't take anything lower than 14,500 for my vehicle. He said that that wasn't too far from what they were offering, and that the price is something they could do. After inspecting the vehicle, Statler told me that the vehicle was in excellent condition, very clean and that they were very interested in purchasing the vehicle for 14,500, but that they were having issues operating the touchscreen in the car. We took the vehicle to a dealership the next day to get it fixed. After spending the money to get it fixed, we took it back to Statler at Hyundai the very next day to close the deal. Statler gave the vehicle one last look, and told me that they could only offer 13,700 for the vehicle. Confused, and a bit annoyed, I asked why he didn't honor his agreement. Statler gave me some excuse about the manager looking at it and deciding that 13,700 was what he could do. I told him, that didn't make any sense. so yesterday the car was worth 14,500 but today it's only 13,700? Statler apologized, and said that he was upset about the whole thing as well. which is completely untrue, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE, they are shady, and have no integrity! read more

This dealer sold the car I was to come back for in two hours as I had an appt yesterday 2/4/21. All the paperwork was filled out, ran my credit etc. When I came back the keys couldn't be found or so they say. Then the finance manager tried to offer me another vehicle. Bad business when you tell a customer that a car is theirs you don't go and sell it to someone else, that's dishonest and bad business. Not sure a dealership can be trusted that does this. Now I have a hit on my credit for no reason. Very disappointing!!!!! You shouldn't do people like this. I bought a Huyndai Genesis here and I've only had it for 2 days. I noticed a noise on the breaks, took it to my mechanic, he said the calipers needed adjustment, well I brought it in to get diagnosed, the service tech Edwin looked at it and argued the noise came from inside the car, I asked him to go outside and listen to the noise on the wheels, he said ok, took it to fix and brought it back worse, he said it was fixed, I showed the noise again and said ok, I know what it is and I been here since 9.30am this morning, its 1.30pm and nothing yet. Horrible service, just badly incompetente people. Im just very sad that I have to tell them what to fix, how to fix it, what if I didn't know? Why dont they check it before telling me its ready? Why arent competent techs hired? Today is 8/10/20 and my car has been a bundle of issues, now its out of warranty and the issues continue, I was sold a lemon car, be very careful when buying cars from this place, they don't check them, mine has had and still has many issues, not its out of warranty, the Hyundai Genesis is just a car full of issues after issues, nice car and all, but all of the issues will make you regret ever buying Hyundai, and I din't want to buy the Jaguar because if the issues and here I am. read more

I worked with Ryan. I called up explaining my financial situation and that my credit was fair (not poor, not great.) I just wanted to know if financing would be available at all before I came in looking. I explained that I wanted an exact used car that was priced around $7,000 on their site which was my budget. I also said that I understood if it wasn't possible (or if the financing rate would be on the higher side it would be understandable), but I'd done my homework and knew that even if it was a bit on the higher side, the monthly payments would still be in my budget if the car price stayed around the same. I informed him of the monthly payments I wanted as well. I was then told that it would be difficult to try to get financing. I let him run a credit check (stupid of me) and was told that my credit score was incredibly low (? he gave me a number that's often associated with repossessions and defaults, nothing *near* what mine is), but he would try to see what he could do. After about a half hour he came back and told me they found an option--a brand new car (?????). He even sent a picture to attempt to get me emotionally attached. I was like, what? You couldn't manage to get financing for $7,000 but somehow you managed to get financing for a $30,000+ whatever car? That didn't make sense to me, but I kept pushing "if you can make it fit within the monthly payments, I will come look at it." At first he lied over text and said that he didn't know what the monthly payments would be. (in the end, he never told me the payments, as he knew my budget was 200/month and he was going to try to push me into some 600/month thing most likely.) As soon as we got back on the phone together, he immediately tried the pushy, aggressive hard-sell. He started saying "I've never seen a car payment for under $200 a month" (a lie that also shows that he knew the monthly amount and knew it was out of my budget), "you need to put a lot of money down to finance a car (lie), "your income should increase after you've been on the job a few months, right?" (trying to get me to agree to a car payment he knew I couldn't afford.) For an added creep factor, he knew that my car was broken down and offered to drive me to the dealership. So I would be stranded there and forced to purchase their car or find transportation back. I had already told him I had a ride from a relative anyway, so I don't know why he pushed this except for the psychological factor of feeling like I "needed" to sign. I'm realistic and rational enough. If you come back to me telling me "we can't finance you for any of the cars on our lot in your budget, good luck elsewhere" I understand. That would have been the genuine, honest thing to do. Instead, he tried to sell me a BRAND NEW car that he was obviously WELL aware was out of my budget and got defensive when I kept pushing to ensure that anything he was offering was in my budget. So no, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone whatsoever. read more

I wasted 4 years and no telling how much money using North Freeway Hyundai to service my 2018 Sonata. I was backing into my garage before the door was fully up. The door hit the top of the GPS antenna and knocked the plastic cover off. The antenna was still firmly attached to the car and appeared undamaged. I snapped the cover back on and everything worked fine. Six months later the GPS went crazy - the location was off by hundreds of miles. I took the car to North Freeway to have it repaired. The tech and service advisor said the antenna was bad and needed to be replaced - but first, the dent in the roof would need to be repaired. What dent??? The tech pointed to a slight almost undetectable depression on the front of the antenna. North Freeway doesn't have a body shop so they sent me to Caliber Collision on Louetta. The Caliber Collision advisor took one look and told me to get a second opinion. He still wrote up the estimate - $2,000 - and explained that it was high because the entire roof would need to be repainted. He also gave me a piece of paper with the name and phone number of Weisner Hyundai. A couple of days later I pulled into Weisner Hyundai. The GPS was still badly broken (miles off). They took my car back to the shop -- 15 minutes later my car was back and the GPS was working flawlessly. The tech said there is nothing wrong with the antenna. It was a loose connection that happens frequently on Sonatas. I went to the counter to pay the $75 diagnostic fee and they said "no way... it took 5 minutes to fix and we can't charge for something like that. Just come back when you do need service." Ever since then, I've done just that, and every time the workmanship and the charges have been great. I look back now and wonder just how much money did North Freeway Hyundai rip me off with unneeded repairs and sky-high rates. I am so thankful for that honest advisor at Caliber Collision. I was fully prepared to pay $2000 for the "dent" repair and another $1000 to replace the antenna. His honesty saved me $3,000 and introduced me to an honest, professional, and competent dealership - Weisner Hyundai in Conroe. If you're having any major repair work done by North Freeway Hyundai, my advice is to get a second opinion. read more

I've bought my last 3 Hyundai Sonatas from North Freeway Hyundai. New x 2 and certified used x 2. We just bought our granddaughter a certified HYUNDAI ELANTRA. I'd dealt with Paul Clos when I bought my Hyundai Sonata Limited Edition Turbo. The Elantra was the best deal of any! And I know they hype up. Like 73 people interested/looked at this vehicle!! I did an on line chat to make sure the car was still for sale and asked if the car was on site. Very nice chat lady said she didn't know but would forward my question to a internet salesperson! I'm like oh hell, I'm going to be on line forever, but NO, Paul got back to me almost immediately (10:30 pm) answered my questions and arranged when we could meet at the dealership! My husband took our granddaughter, the car was ready for her, Paul was fantastic with her, she'd passed her test 3 days before and was super excited! This review is for Exotic Cars of Houston ... North Freeway Hyundai's exotic used car department (?) Be careful buying a vehicle from these guys out-of-state. It was a very poor experience overall. You'll see the white G63 I bought in the dealer header photo. Paid cash and had nothing but poor communication and lies after the sale. Several items were not discussed including dents and engine problems. On top of that the dealer agreed to cover our all-in-price agreed to (taxes, fees, etc) and then backed out of it. I have to take these guys to court now to get a resolution. I worked with Matt Blevins. In cases like this, it helps to have actual facts and evidence on hand. I have, in writing, you agreeing to an all-in-price with no additional fees. As you pointed out, in AZ we don't pay tax with private party sales. I mentioned during the sales process that there was one other G63 from a private party that I was considering buying. You can see why I wanted an all-in-price, so that it was a comparable deal. In addition to lying about the taxes and failure to disclose issues with the car... Exotic Cars of Houston isn't even incorporated or have a dealer license in the state of Texas (which they are going to hear about). read more

We did not have a good experience at this dealership. Please note that the prices advertised on their website are ONLY available IF you go with Hyundai financing, and if you do, you get a $1,000 rebate. The Hyundai financing is a terrible agreement (high % with balloon payment), so you'll have to transfer the loan soon after (a hassle). Furthermore, their fees are HIGH. Others have noted this. They will throw in a $299 consumer advertising fee (that other dealerships in town do NOT charge); a $51.70 inventory fee (again, not charged by other dealerships in town); and a $200 document fee (that is fairly standard, but usually the only fee you see). They do not explain this upfront. You will find out in the financing office. You may not be able to negotiate out of these. Furthermore, in our case, they added a $1,495 extended warranty without discussing it with us, and we did not see it until we were in the financing office. When we cancelled several days later, they "lost" our cancellation. They will also pester you about getting a "10" on the follow-up survey, including using pretty heavy guilt ploys. They do not, however, actually give a 10 in service. Please be wary of this dealership: 1) Avoid financing with them unless absolutely necessary; 2) be sure to read everything; 3) be sure to discuss FEES and EXTENDED WARRANTIES upfront. Compare apples to apples! You may get as good as or a better deal somewhere else when you account for the fees and the hassle of transferring the loan! read more

you are better off servicing your car yourself then taking it to this location to be serviced. i read the reviews and still made the mistake of scheduling my appointment anyway. long story short on the paper they give you after they service your car telling you what they all fixed, they said they fixed something on my vehicle and put in a plastic cover so the piece would stay in place. It was a minor issue but the fact that they said they fixed it, and when i got in my vehicle and was on my way home on 45 i noticed my that missing nail in my sitting wheel was NOT there with NO plastic cover on it. i took my car back, they pulled it back into the service area THEN told me they were unable to fix it although the paper they gave me said they did more than fix it. secondly, i had my car for a week now and i'm just not receiving a email about how they serviced my car and what else it needs. why wasn't this discussed upon pick up? or, even better, when they had my car why didn't y'all call me and ask would i like to go head and knock those things out as well. just to put the icing on the cake ALL of the representatives who answered the phones were rude as hell. i won't be bringing my vehicle back to this location. read more

Posting for sister in law: Went in for a diagnostic because my car stopped running in the middle of the freeway and three mechanics couldn't figure out what it was. They unplugged my oxygen sensor so I could get it to run after determining it wasn't the catalytic converter. I brought it to Hyundai and they just recommended a bunch of routine maintenance (brakes, etc) & plugged back in the oxygen sensor saying mechanically everything was okay. As soon as I left, my check engine light was on. Now when I stop my oil pan light blinks. Hopefully I survive, because Hyundai doesn't care to listen when I tell them something is wrong. I called them back and asked if they could please look again & they said not without paying. Ummm it's not a brake problem that makes my car stop while driving. It isn't any flushes either. It's because something is wrong and I told you that & you just took my $121 and didn't care. read more

If there is a complaint to make, the only thing I can say is that recently they changed oil manufacturer, and now the blended (semi-synthetic) oil for our car is only guaranteed for 3,500 miles, as opposed to 5,000 with the manufacturer they used previously. Now if I want to go 5,000 before the next oil change, which is what I prefer, I have to pay for the full synthetic oil that costs almost twice as much money. I wish NFW Hyundai would go back to an oil manufacturer that can guarantee their mixed blend (semi-synthetic) oil for 5,000 again. read more

Went to many other dealerships like south loop Hyundai, and was very upset with the sales and manager, as they use internet inquiries to lie about numbers and call you in but can't do the sale. HORRIBLE!!!! This is the 2nd car dealership that I went to. I was expecting a great sale since it was the end of the year sale. I can't recall on who I spoke with but I was looking at a 2014 Elantra because I wanted something cheap that I can run down but a bit nice. He kept showing me Accents and when I kept pointing out the Elantra - he told me it wasn't it. Until I specifically made him look at the window sticker and he was like, "oh your right!". DUH! You are the sales guy... shouldn't you know what kind of cars your are selling? The sales person seemed to be a newbie and was nervous when I was haggling. He kept pulling the price online instead of looking in the system. The prices online showed 2015 but on this particular lot - they had TONS of 2014s that hasn't been sold. So, toward the end I got tired and told him nevermind since he didn't know what he was doing. Oh wells! He lost a customer. read more

Stopped by this lot while my car was in the shop next door. Man did they have some bargains on the used car lot. I saw a 2007 530i BMW with 50,000 for $22,000....I have one of these and know what I paid for it used and this seemed like a good deal. They also had several others that seemed similarly priced......can't say anything else about this lot but seems like a good place to take a look if you want a used car. read more

My hubby and I had a great experience with the sales guy Kerry and his financial manager. I saw the advertisement of my car at autotrader and contacted this dealership. Kerry was fast, very responsive, didn't play any games with the deal and showed real efforts to get us the best deal. Since me and my husband hate wasting time, once I arrived at the dealership to a test drive, my car was all ready for me outside to sit and go. Overall, we didn't feel like we were waiting hours to get all the paperwork done or that they tried to sneaked in some stuff in the contract that would make the final price completely different than advertised. We're pretty confident we got a great deal. The car was impeccable and flawless in and outside which amazed me since it's very common to see a brand new car that comes already with some little scratches or chips. But it didn't happen to me at this dealership. I'm pretty happy with this dealership and we'll consider them for sure next time we decide to get a new car. *** UPDATE: However, when it comes to service, it is not that good. I scheduled to get the windows tinted and the invisible shield installed with one month in advance. When I got there on the time and day set, they had lost power due to the storm of the last night and for this reason, they wouldn't be able to do any kinda of job on the cars that morning. Ok. I understood that and since they said that it would take about 2 hours for the power comes back again, my husband and I decided to come back later. Then as we were leaving the dealership, we saw the truck of the power company coming into the dealership. We came back about 30 minutes later and they started tinting tinge Windows but not the invisible shield. The sales guy said that the person who does it wasn't there that day and that they didn't know why she wouldn't be there since there would be costumers scheduled for that day. We left the dealership with the windows tinted but very frustrated, because they seemed they had trouble to contact the installer and that they had no idea of why the person wasn't there and why. We almost requested to give us our money back since the price for the service and product was built in our financial plan. About 3 days later, I got in touch with the same sales guy to schedule the installation of the invisibra. It took him almost 2 weeks to find out that the person who does it was on vacation! I was able reschedule it for 3 weeks after the previous date. My husband arrived at the dealership with like 30 minutes in advance for the service and the person who does it arrived 20 minutes late. So, a job that was scheduled to start happening at 9am actually started much later and my husband was able to leave the dealership at around noon. He spent almost 3 hours there and In total, considering he dealer is 40 miles away, my husband spent over 4 hours of a Saturday just to get that thing done. My husband said that the guy did a pretty good job on the invibebra, but you know, somethings may look great in the beginning but as the time goes by, you start noi ticking some flaws like I did notice in the back window of my car. The tinting didn't cover up the window completely in one corner of it which bothers me every time I look back through my mirror when I'm driving. My husband showed them when he went back for the invisibra but they gave him an explanation that we didn't buy. It seems like dealerships don't care much about how the will provide their customers when it comes to services. It's pretty common to find these situation. You have a great job done when you're there to buy a car but once you need them to fix or get something done in your car, you realize that they don't care much about respecting their customers. I can't speak for the sales department, but the service department here is really outstanding. Jessica was my service adviser and I won't be taking my car to see anyone else. She got my car in weeks before any other Hyundai dealership in Houston, and got it back SAME DAY. Jessica was up front with me, which I always appreciate, and there was no hidden costs or negative portion to my experience. They fixed an issue that the Hyundai dealership in Bryan caused, and ended up saving me over $300, as well as fixing a few issues free of charge (including a recall the other dealership failed to inform me about). I normally really hate getting my car serviced but their service dept is extremely efficient. My car hasn't run better since I bought it, it drives like a champ now. My first contact with this dealership was through their service department on my 2014 Sonata Hybrid. The service persons were excellent and had me back on the road relatively quickly for a battery issue. I was without my car for about 4 days, but they kept in contact and kept me informed. Today we went back and traded in the 2014 Sonata for a 2018 Sant Fe Sport. The Internet sales man, Randy, was nothing short of great. I had submitted my info via the website on there closed day (Sunday), and he responded throughout the day (even though he was off). This afternoon we went to go close the deal; although the vehicle was not ready for me at the door, my wife and I enjoyed his persona and that he was able to meet my requests. Randy got me $1,275 more than I requested on my trade-in (I requested well above what KBB and other websites said I should expect) and met my monthly budget with no hassle. The financier Mike was just as professional, explained everything clearly, gave me a break on a full care and gap package and came as close to my price on that as he could. His final offer was slightly more than I hoped for, but it was very acceptable. I was in and out of this dealership in 2.5 hours as I had performed all my research, submitted for financing online, and knew exactly what we wanted between two vehicles and just had to test drive and complete financing. So disappoint in Hyundai. We got a fun car 2017 Veloster turbo. We have had it from October and this is the 4th time it's needing to go to the shop for losing power. My husband has almost been killed 2x from this car losing power and now no dealer wants to give him a car so they can look at it to fix it. A brand new car that won't run is so horrible it really makes us question rather you can trust them. Plus the service care person won't return calls when she says they will. Of course when you take it to the deal they of course think they fixed it but less than 100 miles broken again. NO POWER is not good getting on the freeway or passing folks on a two lane road. read more

Chris, the finance manager was extremely rude. Instead of simply saying, "sorry, we can't do this number" he basically said, "this is the number, take it or leave it" with a huge attitude.
