Once again the guys at North Hill Sewer and Drain came through for me. My shower drain and toilet had been backing up with a noticeable smell. I immediately called Warren for help. He came out immediately. With his and Matt's help they sent a scope into the main sewer. What they found was tree roots entering the line. Consequently water backing-up into the laundry room. We returned home from vacation to find a water leak from the second floor into the lathe and plaster first floor entry foyer PLUS a clogged sewer line on a Monday morning! Because we own a vintage home, we have to carefully choose which contractors to trust to do any repairs. We called North Hill Sewer & Drain in a panic. Having worked with Warren and Matt from North Hill Sewer & Drain with great results in the past, we knew they'd jump through hoops to help. As expected, Warren made room in their schedule for he and Matt to come to our rescue the next morning, Tuesday, despite their backlog of projects. Matt arrived first on Tuesday to identify and isolate the water leak. He was meticulous about putting down floor covers, moving items out of harm's way, and made a precise cut out in the lathe and plaster to identify the leak location. He was professional, cheerful, and respectful of us and our property during this entire process. Warren arrived soon thereafter to begin troubleshooting the sewer line blockage. He was able to quickly clear the sewer line and advised us that some of the line was older concrete that was beginning to crumble. Earlier this year, Warren had provided a quote to re-line the concrete sewer pipe. After this episode, we made the immediate decision to have them proceed with the re-lining project in order to reduce the risk of another blockage and/or collapse of the concrete sewer pipe. Again, despite their full workload, Warren and Matt dedicated the next three days to start and finish the re-lining project, including coordinating the portion of work for the specialty team to do the relining. The weather was overly warm and the depth of our "big dig" ended up being twice that of their original estimate. This "big dig" was required in order to install a new dual clean out. Warren honored the original estimate pricing and they managed to complete our project before end of day on Friday. They left the worksite in very clean and tidy condition. We are thrilled with the work they did on such an accelerated schedule. Thank you! Throughout the entire process, Jasmine sent us reminders about the next time slot for the team to arrive for the next project phase. Their continuous updates and communication was excellent! What a team! Warren, Matt, and Jasmine have our heartfelt THANK YOU for all of the hot, dirty work to successfully complete our repairs. We have one more smaller step for them return and scrub out a stretch of cast iron pipe before end of year. This is our trusted team for any and all future Sewer, Drain, and Plumbing help! As a business person, I can totally recognize good customer service. North Hill Sewer and Drain is one of those companies who provided this to me. In addition to responding to emails and texts at lightening speed, they also provided a fix to the reason I contacted them in the first place. One of our copper pipes running from an upstairs bathroom had broken and leaked water into our laundry room and adjacent bathroom downstairs. Warren and Rick, came to the rescue by fixing the problem. They not only replaced the pipe, but also did extra work on the toilet upstairs - as an unexpected bonus. Chad came out to our tiny house construction to install the flange for the toilet and to set the shower pan. When he got out there we realized, during the foam insulation process, that the toilet drain had moved about two inches from where it was supposed to be. Moving a drain pipe after it was foamed in is almost impossible. It is like being stuck in cement. My contractor and I were able to dig out some of the foam and Chad was willing to stay longer until this was complete. He then was able to use different fittings to place the drain in the correct location. What would have only take about 30 minutes took a couple of hours. We were not charged for this extra time and Chad was very supportive. We appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond. read more

The first was an outdoor faucet replacement/repair and the second was connecting our first and second floor plumbing together, for a new septic system that was being installed. We were very pleased with their punctuality, communication and value of the quality of services that they performed for us. Rick and Warren made a weekend appointment to clear a grease clog deep in our kitchen drain ( Sunday morning). The appointment was tentatively Saturday afternoon, but that didn't work out. After accessing the issue they had a plan. The experience and expertise if this team showed in their confidence, results, and little time spent doing the work. They cleared the kitchen drain with and electric 75 foot snake, making sure it went all the way in 75' to maximize grease clearing. They filled the kitchen sink and let it drain all at once to test, capped the two vents that were opened in no time, and poured a degreaser in the drain. So far the drain has been clear, and we don't see any back ups. read more

A new company out of Normandy Park, North Hill Sewer & Drain did not disappoint. (My main sewer line was backed up.) After a previous plumber connected me to the sewer but failed to use a "clean out", this resulted in extra work as in removing the toilet and trying to snake to the outside pipe. When this didn't work, it meant digging down to the transition outside pipe and hauling in larger equipment to snake it out. Warren put in a two-way clean-out and cleared the line. He also went into the crawl space and noticed a 4" Abs pipe with the cap off so he glued it on. Although I was first quoted a price that was beyond my ability to handle, when all was said and done, the final outcome was several hundred below the original quote. What I was most grateful for was Warren's cognizance of my pets which meant they were to be kept inside or on one side of my property, - divided by gates. He always made sure the yard gates were closed when he needed to maneuver equipment from his truck. Thank you Warren, thank you! (He was also kind to my plants!) My sinks been leaking since we installed our cabinets. I replaced the faucet once already. Leaking continued. I hesitantly called a plumber as this was obviously something I was not able to troubleshoot. Warren from north hill was very professional and fast. He quickly diagnosed the issue which was (spoiler alert) the faucet again. Long story short Warren found the problem, bought a new faucet, and replaced all the PVC plumbing beneath my sink just to be safe.
