Moath will not attempt to sell you on things you do not need and will not try to confuse you with multiple unnecessary options or pass you around to multiple points of contact. He will know what you need and provide an honest quote. After delivering the quote, he will allow you to make your own decision without constantly texting, emailing or calling for an answer. That is one of the qualities I appreciate as a customer. Upon his arrival he got to work right away. His work is meticulous. His wiring organization is superb, his cuts into the wall were clean & asked us for input on how we would like to run new wires. He answered any questions we had. A few days later, as I write this I'm basking in the warmth of my new heater. The installation was smooth, painless, and well done. Despite some unexpected challenges in the home's design to figure out and overcome, they charged exactly their estimate; there were none of the kind of headaches or scams that one often expects dealing with contractors. Another update: I called Exact Electric to install electrical grounding after the system was disconnected when plumbers replaced old pipes. I quickly received a call from Manager Eric who came over to plan for the job and explain what needed to be done. He didn't charge me anything for the inspection. Within a week, Tom, a top-notch Journeyman, came out to resplice the GEC system insuring complete grounding of our electricity circuits.
