There is absolutely no excuse for service this poor when staff clearly have the time to do their jobs. To top it off, there was no manager or supervisor in sight, which says a lot about how this place is run. I was actually recommended to come here and drove 25 minutes just to be treated like this--completely not worth it. I will not be recommending this location to anyone. I may try a different location, but this one clearly has serious issues with customer service and basic professionalism.

On this trip I had the Salmon Kushiyaki -- teriyaki, crispy skin, and broccolini gomae -- and it was excellent. The staff was friendly, service was smooth, and they also have a solid beer selection.
