First new restaurant try of 2026! I was looking for a spot for belated celebrations to kick off the new year - specifically somewhere that had a broader menu, allowed kids, and looked yummy. This spot popped up and the menu intrigued me - I was not disappointed. The food here was very good - I throughly enjoyed the beet salad, my husbands arroz con pato was heavenly, and all the desserts were incredible. It did take a bit to get our food - so if you're looking for a faster paced restaurant I'd keep that in mind. We didn't mind too much since we were out celebrating with friends. Our server was so friendly, gave thoughtful recommendations based on what we asked, and was attentive. This is a nice, lively spot with a good menu for groups. I look forward to coming back and trying out their brunch menu.

This review is for Tuesday late night happy hour. The service was excellent and the happy hour menu has several good food and drink options. However I was with two others in my party and they went with regular food. The fish and chips looked amazing and they use salmon and the chips were seasoned. The other dish was a risotto and it looked great. I got the Mac and cheese because I wasn't that hungry. It was delicious as well. I also ordered a beer and it was cold and delicious. Great little spot in the Kenton neighborhood. Glad to see this place. Would easily go back. Prices are reasonable even without happy hour.

The food was absolutely yummy! The salmon fish and chips were wonderful as the fish was very moist and the fries must be double fried and seasoned perfectly. I had the kid size burger and the same best fries I've ever had. I highly recommend this place as it has a nice ambiance albeit the music is a bit too loud and the food came out slowly but it was worth it!

We stopped by this place for lunch and had the burger week special that was going on. The burger was pretty decent, but their Truffle fries were super addicting. The place is nice and spacious. The service was also friendly. Im looking forward to coming here again to try some other items on the menu.

Food was fresh (if not fast) and delicious! Service was super nice, very helpful around my wife's food allergies. Great little gem in the neighborhood.

Great service. Great food. Great ambiance. They have great cocktails and many choices of "virgin" cocktails. Looking forward to coming back to try some other things on the menu.

Had a tasty fried chicken sando for lunch. I usually like a bit crunchier breadier breading, this one was a little thinner like fish n chips style but pretty good still. They have a good HH daily from 2-5 w/ $4 draft pints (but only lager). The fries were very nicely seasoned but a tad too crispy. They serve elevated American fare but prices don't seem too high & interior is clean & classy. I will probly be back to try their prime rib for dinner.

Plant-based steak with chimichurri, mashed potatoes and broccolini

I had the plant-based steak and it was easily the best vegan steak I've ever had. I've been plant-based for 12 years and was so happy not to be stuck with cauliflower steak (give me something that's meaty and has some protein!). But Northport delivered. The meal overall was incredible and one of the best meals I've had in a long time. Great vibes as well. Shout out to the chefs!

We were in the mood for sandwiches, took a quick look at the menu, and decided to go with the Reuben -- great choice. They have a solid tap list with a nice variety, including at least one NA beer and a cider option, which I appreciated. The place definitely has the feel of a classic neighborhood sports bar with several TVs, and they were even advertising a Super Bowl chili cook-off you can enter, which sounded fun. The staff was very attentive and friendly throughout our visit. Our Reuben came out split for us without any issue, stacked high with meat, and came with a mountain of fries. It was easily one of the better Reubens I've had around town -- very flavorful and satisfying. The bar itself is spacious with plenty of tables, making it good for both larger groups and small gatherings. Parking is street parking only, which can be a bit limited depending on the time of day, but manageable. Overall, a great neighborhood bar with solid food and a welcoming vibe. If you are into it, they even have a free tour of their haunted underground basement every third Thursday at 7:30 pm.

Little did I know, this old friend would not reciprocate the love I had. The hubster got home with our loot, we were like two young kids at Christmas. Giddy with anticipation to see what exciting yummies the pasta gods had sent our way. Then we opened the spoils and went silent. What had we done?!? Where had we gone wrong?!? There was barely anything there. I had flashbacks of Christmas morning in who-ville. Even the taste was heartbreaking. Not even a month ago, we ordered the same items and we fought over the last morsel. The radiatore pasta was $17...literally 18 noodles and 1/2 a mushroom. The chicken Alfredo was $24 and check the pics for yourself. The salad was phenomenal and so were the garlic knots I couldn't tell ya about our cookie, they forgot to include it :( I would have probably ranked it one star but I do appreciate the amazing guy that night being so positive and understanding when we called in and the manager calling us back. I'm crossing my fingers this is just a bad phase....like emo in the 90's and they grow out of it before the pasta market swallows them up.

On our first visit we had a reservation and were seated at a table. After ordering, patrons are served a complimentary leek soup in an espresso size cup. I wish it were on the menu because it is one of the best things I've ever tasted. The flavor is incredibly rich! We ordered the clam chowder, halibut, maple glazed carrots and tres leches cake. The clam chowder's presentation was nicely done but nothing special in taste. It came so highly recommended on Reddit and many other diners ordered it but neither my party nor I cared for it. The halibut was good but didn't stand out and the maple glazed carrots weren't to my taste. What completely won us over was the tres leches cake. It is one of the most delicious and most memorable desserts we've ever had. Every layer complemented the next perfectly creating an incredibly balanced dessert that wasn't overly sweet with different textures. We couldn't stop talking about it afterward. It was one of the reasons we decided to give the restaurant a second shot. After our meal I mentioned to our server that we weren't sure if we'd ordered the right dishes since we weren't thrilled with the food especially with how popular the restaurant is. He explained that it's primarily an Argentinian steakhouse and suggested returning to try the meat dishes. On our second visit we arrived at opening without a reservation. There was plenty of seating but since we didn't have a reservation we were seated at the bar. I didn't mind seated at the bar but the bar stools were extremely uncomfortable, almost torturous. Unfortunately, it was too hot to sit outside. Midway through dinner a machine, maybe a dishwasher, was turned on behind the bar. It was loud and the vibrations could be felt. This time we ordered the beet salad, cheese empanada, beef empanada, two filet mignons and the lamb shoulder. The beet salad was a disappointment. It consisted of large overly soft chunks of beets with what tasted like a basic grocery store salad dressing. For a restaurant of this caliber I expected more. Neither of us enjoyed the cheese empanada but we both liked the beef empanada. We also ordered two filet mignons cooked the same way. Both arrived more done than requested and one way more overcooked than the other. They were also on the salty side, though both were very tender. The lamb shoulder, which our server had already warned us about before we ordered, ended up being dry and tough. The chimichurri served alongside the savory dishes was also heavier on onions than I prefer. Overall, the service was excellent, and the complimentary leek soup and tres leches cake were truly outstanding. Unfortunately, despite two visits, the main dishes we ordered didn't live up to the restaurant's reputation for us.
