Great service and a reasonable price, especially considering it was Saturday. . We were trying to change out an old mortise double lock and managed to lock it and didn't have a key for the second lock. Angelo was very professional, on-time, and easy to communicate with over text message to schedule a time for him to visit. He lives far away but was willing to come to downtown Chicago. He came to change out all the keys, and I was inquiring about deadbolts and he explained to me that it wasn't necessary as 1 set had top/bottom deadbolts already so it'd be redundant, and for another door he was explaining that it would be risky due to the plating of the door so he didn't want to damage it. He suggested relying on our security system instead. I appreciate that he wasn't trying to upsell me and just doing what was needed. He also fixed the gate knob and was able to run to the local locksmith store to get the right parts for me. Later on, the gate repair guys seemed to mess his knob up and he was still willing to come all the way down the day after I texted him to fix it at no charge.
