If you work retail, customer service entails taking some initiative. Convenient to have a plumbing supply store in town. But if employees want to stare at a monitor instead of offering assistance, then the convenience doesn't matter.

LUMA, Miele's authorized repair company is a well managed company and we were extremely happy with their service.

I'm so glad we did as it pretty much felt like a Bernina museum. This shop is Bernina heaven with rows and rows of machines in all models, plus back rooms full of even more. It takes competent employees to know those little tidbits, instead of just handing me a bulb like the one I brought in. Seeing all the negative reviews made me weary but he was just fine, wore a mask, even talked through what and why he was doing things while my husband was there. All in all, don't judge a book by their cover. Some people just aren't super outgoing but he knew what he was doing and from what it sounded like he was pleasant to talk to.
