I've tried several drinks here and they were all delicious. My personal favorite drinks are the Pistachio Matte Latte, Matcha Einspanner, and Tiramisu Coffee. The matcha drinks are exceptional here and comparable to Airoma Cafe, which I appreciate because there's always a long line there. It's located in a pretty busy plaza, but there is always more parking near Meet Fresh and Coffee Factory. Service has always been great and fast here. It has the ambiance of a typical modern Asian coffee shop with plenty of chairs to sit on to wait. They're also known for their desserts as well, which I have not tried. In any case, I highly recommend this place--especially if you're in the area and are coffee or matcha lovers. You won't be disappointed! read more

Please be aware the parking lot, while large, fills quickly, so you may have a wee walk. But it's totally worth it! When ordering soufflés please note they make them fresh, which is great, but it takes 20 minutes to make. Decided to stop by here after having lunch down the street at Ini. I ordered the mango sticky rice bingsoo and the Nutella fluffy pancake (forgot the actually name). The bingsoo was good and I really appreciated the flavor of the mango! The fluffy pancake was very interesting to me. Not sure if it was supposed to be really eggy and really wet? And the Nutella tasted water down as well. The decor and furniture could definitely use a refresh and the place itself could definitely use a good cleaning. Perfect parking, clean plaza, lots of seating, and card under $10 has surcharge. The drinks can be a little pricy, but the cashier was nice enough to point out the list of customer favorites and was very chill but attentive. Even during down time they were cleaning. Vietnamese coffee- pretty standard and solid Souffle pancake (ube) $14 ( 15.5 with tax) - definitely 10/10 I would give this place a higher 4.5 stars out of 5. It was jiggly, smackable and piled high. I've never seen such a big soufflé pancake While the presentation was a little lacking from the picture(less pudding no whip cream), the portion and taste was great. Very light and eggy. The pudding was very creamy. Didn't have much ube flavor so I might go for matcha next, but definitely asian parent approved. It's a great spot for studying and hanging out since there are plenty of tables and outlets available. We came on a weekday and it wasn't busy at all. I tried their Ube latte, Nostimo jelly coffee, and Matcha soufflé pancake. Their drinks are on the much sweeter side which I wasn't a big fan of, but their coffee is strong and tastes decent. The matcha soufflé took about 20 minutes to make and it was really jiggly and fluffy. There was plenty of matcha cream and it tasted good with the red bean topping. It's definitely one of the better soufflé pancakes I've had for the soft texture so I would highly recommend trying it out! The cookies helps bring out some flavor but it didnt make me want to order again. The ventilation in the store was also lack luster so a fruit fly landed on our pancake and that's when we decided we were done with the dish. I got their tiramisu soufflé pancake ($14) which was 3 layers of fluffy pancakes. It was topped with a very mild cream and a lady finger. It was served with a side of a coffee tasting sauce. The presentation was nice, however, the pancake was very bland overall. If you love desserts that are not very sweet then this is it. However, I found it to be almost not sweet at all which I did not like. Even the sauce wasn't sweet. I shared it with another person and we were a little disappointed. They had 6 different options for soufflé pancakes. I would go back to try their ube one. Besides pancakes they have 4 options for acai. But basically the rest is just coffees and teas. We are glad that this cafe sells soufflé because there aren't many cafes around Orange County that serve soufflé. Nostimo has savory and sweet soufflés, but we haven't tried their savory soufflé yet which is a pork soufflé. This cafe also serves bingsoo which also makes this cafe's menu even better. The only issue with the menu is that they do not offer decaf coffee drinks. For our most recent trip, we ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee and their ube soufflé. Their Vietnamese iced coffee is delicious and has a strong bold flavor which is how it should taste. The ube soufflé was tasty and fluffy and not too sweet! The soufflé is slightly cakey, but overall pretty good. Another great thing is that the ube sauce that accompanies the soufflé is also not too sweet. The decor of the cafe is cute and with good lighting. It is not a large space, but there are plenty of tables and chairs. The workers are also pretty nice and helpful if you ask them questions about what to order. The cafe is in a plaza with decent parking as well. The cons: doesn't taste as good as other places; more eggy than it is spongy, taste more like japanese cheesecake (we got the tiramisu but maybe only that one needs to be sweeter). The coffee drinks are ok. Probably best if you get the sweetened stuff so you don't taste the coffee too much. Some popular items are sesame coffee, coconut coffee, avocado coffee...but we didn't get any of those. Got the vietnamese coffee instead and- it's ok but not the best. If the line is at the door (which may not seem super far) it will take you about 25 minutes to get to the counter. Once at the counter and ordered, drinks take about 30 minutes and if you are here for the fluffy soufflé expect to wait 1 hour from the time that you placed an order. Let's say you made it a day event and time is no issue- there's only a handful of seating spaces inside and out. Alright so now you have spent several hours waiting and being creepy hover over people waiting for a seat... the drink was at best "fine" (we had avocado coffee, two different teas and regular coffee), and the soufflé was amazing. I tried Nostimo for the first time this past week with a friend and ordered both the tiramisu souffle pancake and the black sesame coffee. The tiramisu souffle was very jiggly and fluffy but was also very eggy in taste. The souffle was a little larger than expected so I'd recommend sharing it among 2-3 people if you're coming after lunch/dinner. Unlike the souffle pancake, the black sesame coffee was actually very strong. I personally didn't care for it that much but will note that I prefer my drinks a little more on the mild side. The interior is quite aesthetic with typical café music playing which made for a pretty decent study spot during off-peak time (we arrived there around noon mid-week). It did get a little busier around 2pm (probably after the lunch rush) but calmed down after 3pm or so. I would think it probably gets too busy to study here during the weekends but my friend and I were able to get a productive couple of hours so I'd definitely recommend it as a study spot mid-week. read more
