Bread Homemade bread Homemade variety of stuffed breads You dig? Also, sandwiches, salads, soups, pastas, bakery and cafe drinks. Seriously good eats! Try the chicken portobello - it's a knock off the ol socks that good. If you can't eat grab a loaf to go home - sweet or savory. You won't be sorry! Staff is nice enough. Ambiance is cafe style. I really like it and will stop anytime I'm in GB.

My review is based on a quick takeout of Grab 'n Go bakery items as an out of towner. A local friend took us there. Pros: Friendly service Nice atmosphere Grab n Gos (similar to sausage kolache ) were great. One really filled me up the whole morning. The bread was similar to kolache and pretzel Cons: I didn't have time to explore and try different items.

Walked here for lunch from my hotel just across the road. Checked in along with my family for some free, beautiful shortbread cookies and the person working the cash register was super nice. The restaurant interior is super pleasant. We ordered: - ham and cheese sandwich: Awesome flavor combo with apples. Definitely a top sandwich type here since others recommend it as well. Would order this one again! - chicken portabella sandwich: The chicken was prepared well but lacked seasoning/salt, similar to the portabella. Unfortunately, the aioli flavor was not super present as that would have helped. the focaccia bread was the star of the sandwich. Overall, I felt very healthy consuming this sandwich but would order a different type next time. - spicy Italian sandwich: father reported this as not spicy, but still a good classic Italian. Would definitely come here again when in Green Bay!

Great lunch stop. Cute environment, quick great service, great food and good portions! Went back for breakfast the next day (just small breakfast sandwich's and bakery).

Over priced and under portioned with the atmosphere of a nursing home. I can't even remember what I ordered, but it tasted pretty good.

Really not so great sandwiches, pretty average. Actually missed anything Italian or spicy on the Spicy Italian sandwich...

This was a fantastic antidote to all the fried cheese curds I ate elsewhere in Wisconsin.

Firehouse Subs on South Oneida Street in Green Bay deserves real recognition, not just for the…read morefood, but for the people behind the counter. The app's promotion system has some real glitches, and the three of us found ourselves stuck trying to place one simple order using one promo code. Instead of brushing us off or telling us to figure it out ourselves, the owner stepped in personally and went above and beyond to honor the promotion, even though the technical failure wasn't on us. What stood out most was how he handled it: patient, genuinely caring, and efficient, all while making sure we left happy with our two sub sandwiches. It's rare these days to find a fast food or fast casual spot where the owner is so hands-on and so invested in customer satisfaction. This wasn't a scripted "customer service" moment, it felt like dealing with someone who actually cares about the people walking through the door. This location is run by a family that clearly values honesty and compassion as much as good food. In a world of corporate fast food chains where you rarely see an owner on the floor solving problems in real time, this kind of personal touch makes all the difference. If you're in Green Bay, this is a business worth supporting.

Never a disappointment, prompt service, and if you pre-order it, you can snag it and eat it there in the restaurant.
