The food is sooooo flavorful and good. Service was friendly and he helped me order since it was my first time. I ordered 1 Parmesan-crusted enchilada chicken taco ($8) and a combo of sweet chili chicken wings and blue koolaid ($15). Everything was delicious and better than I expected! I would say the prices are a little more expensive than I expected but giving how well the food is made, its worth it and I would definitely go back. The koolaid was the perfect balance of sweet and tart, the wings had a sticky sweet chilli glaze with a little zing (spicy), but not too much. The enchilada tacos were saucy and filling unlike any taco I've had in a good way. You have to eat them soon after purchasing or they might get soggy. The only thing I wish I had is more because I just finished my food and now I'm sad that it's gone . I'll probably be back later today or tomorrow. Been wanting to try these for a long time and finally did so the other day. Ordered the Chicken Taco Burger. 2- Chicken Enchilada Taco's. 2- Chicken Doritos Taco's and 2- Chicken Parmesan Enchilada Taco's. Big order I know but I have long awaited trying these Taco's and besides that, I was on an empty stomach and was my first and last meal of the day. The service was genuine helpful and welcoming. I pulled up with short time on the clock to spare before closing but it contributed to my impression because the overall vibe was one of good eats. I was not the only one in line and they even had to turn people away. I can relate to the demand now for certain. I enjoyed each and every flavor of Taco purchased. They were all filled with Chicken only because it was what was left at the end of the day. I took what I could get along with choosing a variety of Chicken Taco offerings on the menu to get a feel as to what he was truly working with with these Taco's. And they all hit the spot. I've been to this truck five times. Every single time I went the food was delicious. The spin on this taco is out of this world. The outside of the taco has some type of red sauce and is layered with a Parmesan crust. The outside is nice and crunchy a big compliment to the inside. It stops the taco from becoming soggy. The kool aid is soooo so sooo goood! The filling is so good! When I fly into LAX I always stop here before heading to my hometown Bakersfield. I must admit I've drove from Bakersfield the very first time to try this taco. The owner is always there and very nice. As you walk up you'll hear some music playing. This was my first time and I drove all the way from Las Vegas and the customer service was exceptional. Definitely a five star. They catered to my food allergy and offered other options off their menu. I truly loved the parmesan enchilada tacos. I would give them a 4 star, I got the steak but next time I will get the turkey tacos. However, the Taco Burger was okay. I would give it a 3.5 star. Some of the BEST tacos I've had in recent memory and it's not even close the owner is super cool and is very personable, so it feels like you're talking to a family member at a family function lol and the music playing makes it feel like it even more so I asked for some recommendations since it was my first time there and they did not disappoint! so i have been seeing this truck all over social media. watched a couple of reviews and I was excited to try this place. I even met the guy who owns it the store before and he i really cool so I want to support my brother Black owned by the way. So i got the Turkey enchilada, taco chicken, Parmesan taco and chicken Doritos taco . enchilada tacos supposed to be their signature taco but I wasn't impressed the meat needed more seasoning. It was OK. I like the concept so maybe I'll try it again with chicken the Parmesan chicken taco was OK. The chicken on that was better than the turkey. The Doritos taco was actually the best taco they put some type of green sauce on which was really good but overall they lack seasoning and I would love if they had some like salsa or spicy hot sauce or something to make it spicy because I like my taco spicy well I try it again. First the service is great everyone was friendly and helpful. Also I didn't wait long. I want to say at the max I waited 6 or 7 minutes for my order to be ready. I ordered the LAtryguy special $27 + $1 for card. Which comes with 2 enchilada parm tacos (I got 1 steak and 1 chicken no olives or cilantro) and parm Doritos tacos (1 ground turkey and 1 chicken no onions or tomatoes) and a large kool-Aid fruit punch All of them were good but my favorite is the chicken and I did like the enchilada tacos the best. Very flavorful. My only con was the price. I felt like damn near $30 for 4 tacos is a bit much. To where I couldn't see my self coming here often to spend that on a regular. I was glad that they posted their hours on IG and I knew what to expect upon arrival! First, the concept of an enchilada taco is fantastic. When I make my enchiladas the tortilla is what makes it everything. They reminded me of birria tacos without the dipping sauce. I ordered steak, chicken and ground turkey: I was surprised that there were no ground beef tacos. I tried the steak taco with the Parmesan encrusted shell. While I enjoyed the bursts of flavors, I also was concerned about my blood pressure and possible swelling in my feet. A tad on the salty side, but I liked the concept and flavors. The rice and beans were unnecessary because the tacos were filling enough. The kool-aid was addicting. I could barely put it down. Not sure if there is more than one flavor. I ordered the ground turkey Doritos parmesan tacos, and steak Enchilada parmesan tacos. Damnnn!! They were better than expected, and so flavorful. The Parmesan added the saltiness but in a unique way. I want to try the chicken next, and even the vegetarian- I know they had to season that well too. I didn't really like the rice and beans something was off with the taste. The enchilada tacos weren't giving "enchilada" so if you're looking for it to taste like enchilada exactly I wouldn't expect it. It was not terrible. But it wouldn't be my go to personally. My 6 year old granddaughter asked me why the tacos are soggy? I drove from Encino to get these tacos, and it was a waste of gas. Their is nothing special about these expensive tacos.
