My first time having their cake was at my baby shower in Chicago. One day my cousin and I were at the Mayfair mall and they had a stall. Found out they've been in Brookfield for a year now!! It was the best news. I loveeee their 5" size. It's perfect. I have tried their white chocolate raspberry, lemon, chocolate chocolate chip and confetti flavors. I was immensely disappointed that in the middle of a global pandemic that absolutely no one in this Brookfield Wi location wore a WEAR A MASK. Are you kidding me????? When I asked if when baking the cakes if people wore protection and once again I was told NO PROTECTIVE masks were worn. We put our trust in others for food safety and cleanliness and obviously this location has only reckless regard for their customers. I already contacted the corporate headquarters I can only hope someone knocks some sense into this franchise owner and begins to protect their product and employees to ensure safety. When you walk in the place is very cute with lots of cute colorful items to decorate your own space. Sure, they sell delicious cupcakes and cakes but if it's not visually appealing you're not going to stay, right? So, the main appeal is the cakes. We had the red velvet with the chocolate chips and it's really fantastic! We served it for a party and the cake held up very well over a number of days. It remained moist and flavorful and we will definitely be purchasing again. The owners were wonderful and obviously working hard to keep everyone satisfied despite the number of people waiting while we were there. Lastly, of course, the samples. We've visited this store multiple times since it opened. It's a cozy, quaint bakery. The staff is friendly. The cakes are deliciously moist and flavorful. The cream cheese frosting is a perfect compliment to the cake. Today's visit was incredibly disappointing. We were there at 1pm on a Saturday. The cake flavor for March is Strawberries and cream. I asked for an 8" boxed cake. They didn't have any that were frosted; however they could have one frosted in 20 minutes if we wanted to wait. We then decided on an 8" boxed marble cake. When we asked another associate for that cake, she told us they didn't have any frosted, again, they could have one ready in 15-20 minutes. We left the store without purchasing anything. Frustrating and disappointing. There's no place to wait in the store, again it is cozy. There aren't any stores in the strip mall that interest enough to occupy us for 20 minutes. read more

DO NOT purchase from the Brookfield Store -- No customer service. Ordered an online cake from the Brookfield Store Tues July 16th for pickup on the 18th. I arrived at the Foxpoint WI store, discovered I had ordered the cake from the wrong store (as I was on my way to Green Bay WI and Foxpoint was enroute for me). The Foxpoint store contacted Brookfield and explained the mixup.. Foxpoint was told that was "just to bad for me". So Foxpoint associates contacted their franchise owner who personally contacted the Brookfield Franchise owner (MIKE) and explained the situation. Stating Foxpoint would be happy to help out but could Brookfield please refund the cake as it was already paid for online. Mike stated, to the effect it was just too bad for me (the customer) and i just needed to deal with (basically told me to pound sand). Would not even contact me to discuss the situation. I was going to place a very large order for a wedding in September next week. Since Mike does not feel he needs to address his customer concerns he and his store will NOT be getting that order. In addition I will never recommend Brookfield Nothing but Bundt Cakes to friends, family, business associates or acquaintances. They do not deserve the business. read more

I worked with Mike at Nothing Bundt Cakes over the phone. I live in Las Vegas and wanted some cakes delivered to family in Wisconsin. Mike was very helpful and I am told when the cakes were delivered, the recipients even got a special little speech about how these cakes were sent to them all the way from Las Vegas. I appreciate Mike's willingness to go above and beyond. The cakes are delicious and the customer service is just the icing on the bundt . I highly recommend them! read more

Bundt cakes are good but when sold to public at fairs etc they actually force you to buy two. One is 5.00 but you must actually buy two. This is a big turnoff and can only be noted as a forced sale. Really are you that desperate for sales????? Older people or dieters are really turned off by this!!! read more

I placed an online order this week, and there was an issue with it being received. When I arrived, they jumped at the opportunity to put together anything they could to fulfill the order. I was completely satisfied with their resolution. Not long after, I received a call, the owner want to fulfill the order and offered to drive it to wherever it was needed. It was a very gracious offer. I was headed out of town, so it wasn't possible, so she insisted on a full refund- even after they had provided me with many delicious cakes earlier. The five stars are for both the cake, which may be the best I've ever had, and the ownership. We've purchased a handful of cakes from here and they have never disappointed. If you need a delicious cake for any occasion, this is the place. On the ownership, we had some self-inflicted logistical issues on a large cake order that could have been a major issue. After a few chats with Barb, she went out of her way to help us out, and we ended up with a delicious cake without any issue. I can't say enough what great customer service these people have. I made a mistake in the address and they delivered the cake to someone who pretended to be my son. This place is ADORABLE. You just feel happy when you walk through the door. The decor is bright and inviting, staff are welcoming and they have a really nice electronic menu board. I ended up purchasing a bundt cake tower (set of 3 individual cakes) as a birthday gift for a friend. They customize it - can choose the flavor cakes, color ribbon and a little flag - all at no extra cost! Aside from the beautiful presentation, the cakes are TO DIE FOR. While there, I sampled the chocolate chocolate chip and oh my gosh, I wanted to go back for more. The cakes are very moist, have just the right amount of density and just enough frosting.
