I recently purchased a cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes and was disappointed to find a thin plastic object baked into it. Thankfully, the manager was very apologetic and promptly issued me a full refund. While I appreciate how the situation was handled, finding a foreign object in my cake was concerning and made me question the cleanliness and quality control practices at this location. My 4 stars were certainly for NBC overall and the easy pre-order feature including top-tier customer service throughout all my NBC experience without any exception on any outlets. Walking into the cutely decorated venue also always gave that joy and celebration vibe. Nonetheless, the latest Dubai Chocolate bundt cake released just didn't nail it IMHO. The signature NBC Creamcheese frosting that I have always been rooted for, felt missing here as the chocolate flavor stood out on the frosting. The bundt cake itself was as always nicely moist, but this one had the pistachio-knafeh mix at the center being tad too hard, despite I had let it sit for good 30mins. Missing my usual fave birthday cake flavor or carrot cake. For something similar meaning chocolate-based limited flavor as well, prolly I preferred the prior Snickers one. read more

Always consistently delicious! Tucked in the Overland and Washington shopping center on the Washington side is this Nothing Bundt Cake location (look for the Blue awning). This location has a very busy parking lot and I was happy to see they designated two 15 minute parking for Nothing Bundt Cake to make pick up easy and fast! Today I popped in to pick up some buntini's for a work birthday and was so happy to see all the fall flavors available and even a featured "Snickers" Bundt!! Nothing Bundt Cake has the best Bundt cakes you will ever have. I think they make them there. They are always fresh and wonderful. They are so pretty and perfect. You can get a whole cake or a small one. Now the small one is enough for 2 big eaters or 3 normal eaters, but then it is gone. We buy several small ones and enjoy them for days. Parking is easy and free. It is in a large outdoor mall and you will find a spot with ease. The place is always spotless and has other cute things to buy from little nicknacks to drinks and other items. It so cute inside. And it is never hot. I do so hate the heat. The service is sweet and friendly. They can tell you all about the cakes and which are maybe a tad super sweet and which ones are not. They also have seasonal cakes as well so get them while they have them. I just love the people that work there. They are kind and great with kids. They have a great selection. We love the orange, lemon, pumpkin and vanilla cakes, but all are great and we have bought them all. They have the best frosting on them. It is not so sweet as to make your teeth hurt and they are not cheap with it either, you get a goodly amount. The prices are fair for fresh baked goods. Last Friday night's in-home dinner party. Guests said, "Dessert's on us." Yay, cuz I can't bake to save my life. Minutes prior to their arrival came a knock on the door. Couldn't answer in time cuz my head and hands, hazy from a slosh of Prosecco (Okay two, or was it three?), were in the kitchen plating hors d'oeuvres. At my doorstep, ordered by my guests, delivered directly by Uber Eats, was a Nothing Bundt Cakes' branded bag filled with individually packaged flavors - Red Velvet, Lemon (times two), OREO Cookies & Cream, White Chocolate/Raspberry. Great sweet finale to dinner with friends! Bites, passed around the table were monitored for portion size by the owner of each flavor to assure their proper return. Was pleasantly surprised ordering Nothing Bundt Cakes through DoorDash. I tried the Chocolate Chocolate Chip and the Lemon Bundtlet, and both were genuinely delicious. The Lemon Bundtlet was my favorite--perfect balance of sweet and tart, really bright lemon flavor without being overwhelming. Super good. The Chocolate Chocolate Chip was also a win, with plenty of chocolate chips throughout and a rich, satisfying taste. My only complaint is more about logistics than the cake itself--I wish I could DoubleDash more easily and pair it with other spots, but not many nearby options seem close enough to make that work. I'm super happy Nothing Bundt Cakes finally opened a location close to home! Their cakes are delicious, and I absolutely love the cute individual-sized bundt cakes--they're perfect for satisfying a sweet craving without going overboard. Chocolate Chip is my all-time favorite flavor. On my recent visit, I ordered a Confetti cake and a Chocolate Chip cake. However, when I got home, I realized I'd been given a Chocolate, Chocolate Chip cake instead of the Chocolate Chip I ordered. While it wasn't what I expected, it wasn't bad at all! The chocolate flavor wasn't overwhelming (which was nice), but I do think it could use more chocolate chips to really take it to the next level. The cake is like a gift itself They sell fun sparkle candles as well as the regular. They sell pretty/cute napkins and plates as well as small little gifts/trinkets. All in all it's a lovely place with delicious festive cakes. The cakes are custom decorated... every bow, or color or banner can be selected by customer. I highly recommend them. I was so excited to receive my delivery order for my wedding. We were going to pass out one buntini to each guest as their dessert for the night. Day of, at 3am, I get a text saying the delivery order was canceled because the delivery driver couldn't access the nothing Bundt cake store because it was closed. So in the morning I called to confirm the order was okay. They said that it wasn't canceled and would be delivered. But it never came and my guests were left without of dessert. I was so disappointed. If they had confirmed the cancelation, I would have made another order. Worst experience, DO NOT order delivery here. Especially for special occasions. They cannot be trusted. Edit: What makes it worse is that they try to resolve the issue by giving a url to gather more information. Thing is that url doesn't work and takes you to broken webpage. The shoppe looks the same but that's It... The employees are simi dry... They don't take coupons. Sometimes they'll accept giving you a free cake for doing the survey. Went there for the 1st time this weekend. Bought 2 dozens of the bundtinis over 2 days for 2 birthdays. They are really good. Very moist and flavorful. Good reviews from my family and friends. I do believe since they're expanding their franchises and most people are not familiar with these Minnie Bundt cakes that they should have samples particularly because there's so many flavors. Stopped by Saturday afternoon to pick up an assortment of the Bundtinis for my book club later in the evening. I typically pre-order from the Manhattan Beach location but I think this new location in Culver City is actually a little closer for me. Despite neglecting to pre-order, the girls at the counter were incredibly welcoming as I entered the store and very eager to assist me in all of my Bundt cake needs. I was a little overwhelmed by the flavors but looked them up online as it was way easier for me to visually see them all in one place, including the seasonal flavors (i.e., pumpkin spice). It's nearly impossible for me to select a combination of just 12 but I got the job done and stepped to the side to wait for my order. I was a little confused as to how long the wait might be and would have appreciated a timeframe from the employee(s). They do not follow corporate standers on size of buntinis (cupcakes). I need 3 dozen but don't want half buntinis, which only this location offers. All other stores I've been to offer a properly sized buntini. Manager Josh refused to make them the correct size read more
