The orders have always been exactly what I requested and the staff have always been "on target" with their professionalism & pleasant attitude over the phone. I really love Nothing Bundt Cakes. Their cakes are very good and have wonderful flavor. My personal favorites are the red velvet and chocolate chocolate chip. They have quite a few flavors that are always available and usually have one or two seasonal flavors. Their cakes are always very moist and the frosting is not overly sweet. I enjoy that it isn't full covered or it may be too much. The store is conveniently located in Argyle Forest by Chipotle, Starbucks and Ted's Montana Grill. The staff is always incredibly nice and pre-COVID, they had samples out to try new or their traditional flavors. They will help make recommendations if you do not know what you want. They have candles and other little items to help decorate the cakes. You can sign up online for their emails and you will get coupons for your birthday or a random buy one get one free. This location also has a rewards program so once you buy, I think 10 bundtlets, you can get one for free. I rarely feel that away about any dessert. I love that they offer individual mini bundtlet options since this helps squash any flavor discrepancies between us. One of our mini humans prefers the classic vanilla while the other would prefer red velvet, lemon or white chocolate raspberry. The lemon is so good! I just saw online they also offer bite-sized bundtinis by the dozen too. The standard bundtini dozen flavor mix up is as follows or you can do a custom order (carrot cake looks like an option for custom orders!): Red Velvet 3x Chocolate Chocolate Chip 3x Lemon 3x White Chocolate Raspberry 3x The OP location is relatively new, it only opened in Sept according to the associate today. Walk inside and you're immediately hit with the delicious sweet smell. We have visited the Hodges location before too. I think it would be dangerous for my waistline to live too close to one of these. Anyway, this new location is located across from the Youngerman Circle area between Starbucks and Panera. Staff was super friendly and recommended to travel with the precious cargo on my floorboard. I guess there have been mishaps before with people traveling with their cakes on the seats of their cars. I was so excited about this new location. It is conveinent to get to and next to a Starbucks. I had tried samples from foodie events and couldnt wait to order some Lemon bundts. The timing of their opening was perfect as I had a party to attend so I knew this is what I wanted to share with my friends. I preordered 2 dz bundtinis. When I picked them up they came packed in a dozen per box and had a tag showing all flavors inside. The cakes are moist and the icing is delicious. They have several flavors and some seasonal taste. Horrible Customer Service! This rating is based on this location's complete lack of decent customer service. My family and I have been loyal customers for a while at the Beach, or San Jose locations. Likely placing 15+ , $150 orders a year for our big families. Occasionally it's less than planned like today. *My sister called the Blanding Blvd. location (my new location since I'm in OP now) to place a pick up order for my hubby to pick up on our way to our other sisters mini birthday get together in a few hours. The young lady that took the order stated at the end that she needed to take a card over the phone, and was very adamant even after my sister explained she wasn't the one paying or picking up. We have never been made to pay up front at the other locations maybe because we have an established relationship with them. But, my husband and I have started frequenting this location since the beginning of the year. So, now my husband calls and explains that he just ordered for my birthday in September and he called it in and picked it up paying with cash in store (he's old school). The young lady even confirmed what he said by pulling up the order, and still demanded payment over the phone for something we would be coming in to get in an hour & a half?! We just chalked it up to she needed to just be Right. That is OK, because we will gladly make the drive over to San Jose to give decent people our money instead. Needless to say the Blanding Blvd. Nothing Bundt Cakes has lost this big family's business. We called and placed the order with the San Jose location with ZERO issue, & paying when we get there. read more

It was my birthday and NBC gifted me a bundtlet. I chose the limited time Snickerdoodle, and it was very moist and had the perfect amount of icing. Even though the cake is an individual size, I don't know if I could finish one by myself, even if I saved it for later. I could only eat a couple bites and it was rich enough, I've got to be careful! I sampled the peanut butter chocolate swirl while I was there. That one seemed less sweet and would make an excellent treat for the peanut butter lover in your life. After reading some rave reviews and listening to my co-workers yammer on and on about how great NBC is, I finally caved in and sauntered my way through the doors with high hopes and even higher expectations. Now, I didn't do any research beforehand, so I had no idea whether this was a local business or a chain....until I walked in, that is. I didn't even have to ask. From top to bottom, to the windows to the wall....NBC has the look, feel, and aura of a nationwide chain. I've always been a huge local business advocate and supporter, however, If I've heard great things about a place that I've never tried...even if it IS a chain establishment, then I'll definitely give them a shot. Right off the bat I knew I wanted some of that lemon cake that I've heard so much about and I also went with the white chocolate raspberry, which caught my eye as I perused the selections. The shop has that cute-kitchy vibe about it that screams "We're here for all your baby shower needs," complete with menu signs and books for special orders. I had all the time in the world to notice these things, of course, because I was waiting for the lady to finish ordering. THAT lady, I should say. The one who needs a flavor profile description for every cake in the display case. "So what's the vanilla cake taste like? Is it good? Is it popular?" SMH. THAT lady. You ever get behind that lady? I'm ALWAYS behind that lady. Finally after a couple of seasons, I was able to order and take my goodies to go and enjoy at home during my epic John Wick 1 and 2 marathon. Don't judge. John Wick is my spirit animal. OK so one very important thing to tell you....the cakes are kept in a refrigerated case at the shop, so I recommend that you don't eat them right away...like I did. Wait until they come to room temperature because the cold gives them a drier texture. Me being a baker, I should've known this but at the time I chose to listen to my stomach instead. The flavors were BANGIN' though. I wouldn't have changed a thing, honestly, and wouldn't even be able to pick a favorite if I tried. I felt the frosting was a little thick on both, but not horrendous like those cheap birthday cakes from the grocery store. Overall, I'd have to say that yes, I will absolutely return to NBC to sample some other flavors, and I enthusiastically give this business my support and admiration.
