They offer some great classic flavors along with their own creative flavor combinations. Raspberry with white chocolate icing is my favorite but the strawberry is a close second. From a full sized 10" or 8" bundt, to bundlets (bigger than a typical cupcake), to bunditinis which are about 2 bites, all their cakes and perfectly moist. What I really like about them is they don't pile massive amounts of icing on top as they actually give you a fair amount of cake. Their style of piping icing in thick "drips" is perfect. Nothing but trouble now that they're much closer to home. I've been a big fan of this chain for quite some time. Fortunately they're locations have been inconvenient so my waistline has stayed in check. It was definitely smart of them to open a location in the very populated Mandarin. I was willing to look past it, but then i quickly realized her attitude was just as stank as her odor..I was asking questions about how long cakes would keep/ different decor options, etc. she let me know "we decorate them all the same" and i would "have to eat it same day because their current cakes are frozen and old" which didn't sound right to me. she proceeded to tell me how is SHE owned the bakery she would bake them fresh everyday and offer customization.yeah right. I politely let her know i was just shopping around and planned on returning the next day, hoping she would not be there. When i showed up on the evening the next day...I was highly disappointed to see wren behind the counter AGAIN. I noticed she was wearing the same clothes as the day before, and it looked like her hair had never seen a hairbrush. AGAIN, i gave her benefit of the doubt and approached her holding my breath. she was even more rude than before! telling me she remembered me from the day before and her answers were still the same. I immediately left and went to WALMART for our cake. I received FAR better customer service at walmart of all places. I don't know if this girl is a manager or what, but nothing bundt cakes will not be getting my business from here on out. read more
