I was looking for some good sweet desserts last minute and I managed to find this place. The place has high reviews, and I've seen their cakes at some events through work, so I thought it would be worth trying out. I ordered from here and had them delivered to the house for the family. The mini bundt cakes were kept neat and packaged well for the trip, which I appreciated. Very nice-looking packaging as well, and order came at a decent time ( I didn't have to wait long, thankfully). I ordered chocolate chocolate chip, red velvet, lemon, and white chocolate raspberry with their known sweet cream cheese frosting on top. My family and I absolutely loved each of these flavors. The mini bundt cakes themselves were each perfectly moist and delicious. The frosting on top, I felt balanced the cake out perfectly. It's hard to even pick which one I liked more honestly. They also had many other flavors you could choose from, but I think depending on what day you want it or how fast you need it that some flavors are not available at the last minute. I have always loved Nothing Bundt Cakes but this location is awful. I had ordered a birthday cake for my mom through the app. First off, they couldn't find my order. An in-training employee who I think needed thicker glasses was trying to find my order until she asked another employee who found it on their computer. It was a busy Saturday afternoon and about 5-6 employees left for the day while the store got busier. What frustrated me the most was that customers would come in to buy a cake a leave with it right away while I was left waiting for an order I had purchased a lot earlier. I was told that they were working on cake orders in the order it was received yet they didn't even consider that I was already in the store. After waiting for 30 minutes, I inquired about my order and became absolutely impatient when they asked me to wait another 10-15 bc they had not started on my order! I then demanded to get any cake flavor available to replace "my order". They were able to fulfill my order but only after refusing to wait any longer. I advise not to use the app or order ahead of time. You're better off just showing up and getting one that has been premade and is available. Stupid kids working the back don't have the common sense to make the cake for the customer already waiting in the store. I definitely won't be back. Their App has been deleted. read more

This is the second time I've come to this location and found it closed despite the website stating they are open until 7 p.m. Today, I arrived at 4:03 p.m. and was told by an employee that they were closed. They are taking great precautions when it comes to COVID, only 4 people are allowed inside and you must wear a mask the entire time. Each cake is packaged to go so you can not eat inside and they have no tables outside. The cake was super moist, buttercream was sweet but not overly sweet. This place is amazing. I've been to the location on Bandera Rd. but I live closer to this location and they didn't dissapoint. The staff are very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. They even have little free samples to try out. I couldn't stop at one. I had two delicious samples. I ordered the eight inch marble cake and ordered a personal size confetti cake for my sister's Birtday. I only had to wait about six minutes for the staff in the back of the store to package and frost the bunt cake. For the price I think it's just right. I was so excited to hear that Nothing Bundt Cakes was opening a new store. I visited this location on GRAND opening day!! We cut all of them into 4s and we each got a sample piece of each flavor. First off, each bundtlet was moist, decorated beautifully, and tasted great! However, 1 flavor stood out the most. It was dreamy, creamy, heavenly gooooood!! It was an unanimous decision...White Chocolate Raspberry for the WIN!!! The other 3 flavors were very good too, but something about that White Chocolate Raspberry that pushed it over the top above all the rest. The pecan praline did take a close 2nd. The cake itself regardless of flavor is super moist and has the perfect crumb. The cream cheese icing is in perfect proportion to the cake and compliments all the flavors. I personally like the carrot and the chocolate chocolate chip the best. The carrot has a fragrant spice blend while the chocolate chips in the chocolate chocolate chip add a nice crunchy texture to the rich cake. I have yet to try the full-sized Bundt cake, but I'm sure it's just as delicious as the bundtlets.
