We love coming to the meadow for an afterschool snack. The Yerba mate tea is amazing, the perfect pick me up for a sluggish afternoon. And the banana blueberry smoothie is always a big hit with the kids. The bathroom is always clean, and the staff are always friendly and attentive.

Finally a healthy yummy option in my area. And you're able to eat indoors or outdoors surrounded by plants and flowers. The food fresh and delicious. You definitely will be able to finish all your food without feeling of overindulging. My husband was still hungry. The young ladies at the counter could be a little more friendly. They were all business.

Egg and avocado toast. Egg and avocado. $11.

This place is really good. The food is fresh and tasty. Had the avocado toasts today, excellent. You really get something for your money. Having spent up to $18 for avocado toasts elsewhere which were just toast and plain avocado, this place beats them all. Coffee, excellent. Try the food here!

Rise and shine bowl-- $12. Tasty and delish!

Tasty, unique, earthy, peaceful. Enjoyed a beautiful sunny day on the patio. Loved my rise and shine bowl--mixed greens, roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, sprouts, tangy pickled, housemade red onions... delicious green goddess like dressing. It all tasted super healthy and organic. Panini was a little dry, as was the avo toast. Drinks are earthy and healthy. Sweet service. Thanks for a great lunch!

I love this eatery located in Placerville, CA my hometown. The owners of this establishment are incredible people. My wife and I have made this one of our regular spots to decompress and enjoy some great food. Our favorite is the Turkey Cranberry sandwich. It is amazing and have the iced Hibiscus Tea with it and it is over the top. The baked goods are excellent. While your eating the staff will actually come out and ask how your food was and get your feedback. You simpoly do not recerive this just anywhere. The Patio area is nice during the cooler weather but can get quite warm. The only reason why i have not given this place five stars is the parking is a challenge. This eatery is one of my favoites in the Placerville area.

Wow is all I can say... I drove all the way over from where I was camping in Plymouth for breakfast here... and let me tell you it was worth it!! The Rise and shine bowl with their turmeric ginger dressing was so amazing! And their fresh pressed celery, apple, spinach juice was so refreshing!! Whenever I'm in Placerville, I usually eat breakfast at sweetie pies... but decided to yelp to see if there was any new breakfast places. And Nourish came up with so many rave reviews so I just had to check it out! I sure appreciate everyone who takes the time to leave an honest review! So glad I found this gem!! The atmosphere and outdoor patio are cute too!

Cute place with outside seating. Smoothies seemed fresh and healthy. Friendly people. Garden shop next door.

Deliciously sweet pit stop! Dog friendly, great outdoor space with a bustling garden. We ordered the Rise and Shine Bowl w/ turmeric/ginger dressing..... so satisfying and delicious! Cold brew hit the spot!

We liked it so much we decided to come back the next morning. Ordered the Rise and Shine bowl, which did not disappoint. The eggs were consistent with yesterday's. Fresh avocado. Hearty sweet potatoes. I got mine with the turmeric dressing. Delicious. More on the sweeter side to my surprise. Turmeric, when not done well, can be overpowering and chalky. But this dressing was approachable, fragrant, and light. I'd order this again. Being from out of town, one thing I've noticed is the amazing and warm hospitality. The staff was so kind. The locals were so nice. We ended up staying longer to chat with everyone. We laughed and shared pictures of our dogs. In terms of food, everything tasted good. In terms of ambience, it felt like hanging out with friends. I'm so glad we found this place.

    Appreciate the indoor/outdoor feel here

Stumbled across this delightful cafe while visiting Apple Hill. Staff was great, coffee drinks and breakfast were delicious. Fresh and health conscious. After breakfast we strolled through the nursery which is part of the cafe. Take your coffee and sit by the waterfall. There is even a labyrinth to walk around.

Great coffee, friendly service and the toast was amazing. The atmosphere is great as well. I love the outdoor area surrounded by their nursery with blooms and trees.

I recently moved up here from Sac and it's been really hard to find a good healthy meal that's not just your typical "salad". Nourish has a variety of choices to pick from, all fresh and so so tasty. I got the nourish bowl and you get to pick what's on it. HUGE portion. My mom got the carrot ginger soup and avocado toast with poached eggs. She's struggling with her digestive system so this was super good on her tummy. No additives or greasy extras. Good quality food and reasonably priced. I highly recommend and my new fav spot.

Yay! Our new favorite lunch place on Main Street!…read more We just stopped by last weekend, we've been wanting to try this place out but it just hadn't happened.... Last Monday we decided to have lunch there, one of our regular places is closed Mondays and this place was open so we checked it out...and we're SO SO glad we did! Atmosphere was nice and server was very friendly from the moment we walked in. First thing I noticed; $5 mimosas!! I asked if they did anything other than orange juice and yes, they had several other options so I had the cranberry version. Delicious! I went with their mac and cheese, my partner got the basic hamburger. Mac and Cheese -- definitely very bacon forward, much more than I prefer. That being said, I still liked it, it also had sour cream and green onion on top. Bacon lovers will LOOOVE this version, there is LOTS of it and every bite you can taste it. Normally I prefer my mac & cheese with no bacon or just a bit here and there, I prefer to taste more of the cheeses.....again, it still tasted good, its a good serving and I ate half and had enough to save for the next day at work. Creamy and well made, again I just prefer to taste more cheese than bacon. I wouldn't order this again but like I said, a bacon lover will LOVE this version. Now, my partner's burger was Incredible. We are PICKY with our burgers, and we both thought this one was fantastic. Big, and great ratio to the bun. He ordered it medium and asked for "a little char" and they made it perfectly. I took a bite and yeah, I'd order that for sure. The fries were great, too. Overall we were super happy with our lunch, I thought it was priced fairly as well. We will definitely be back!!

I'll give 2* because the food (when it came) was great…read more We've been to Franny's a couple times before and had O.K. service and good food. The pitfalls of the restaurant seem to be entirely the service. Most recently we went to Franny's on Mother's Day. We had reservations and walked in, on time. We were initially sat in a nice booth in the front of the restaurant. It was my wife and I plus our 2 kids, the table size seemed appropriate. After being sat, we sat without talking to a server for 10+ minutes, not even getting waters. Eventually, when someone did come, it was a waitress/hostess telling us that there had been a mix up, and we needed to move. We weren't excited on the idea, as we were happy where we were, but we moved to the back of the restaurant. This time we sat for 15 minutes without being acknowledged by any wait staff. At this point it is 9:25 and we've been seated for 25 minutes without even water. Finally a waitress comes, and takes our drink order, and our food order as we'd definitely had ample time to look over the menu. About 9:50 the food arrives. My wife and kids' food comes and is great. My food comes and looks off, and the waitress tells me that the kitchen accidentally made me a "veggie" scramble instead of the chorizo that I had ordered, but that she'd get me some bacon and all was well. I asked what was in the veggie scramble and was told it has mushrooms, which is a hard pass for me. She told me she could have what I had actually ordered made but it would "take a long time". I said O.K. - what else was I going to do? Finally it comes, and my wife is done eating, and the kids are close, so, I asked for it to be "boxed up". The waitress rolled her eyes and set to the task. I'm not a restaurant snob - but I really expected an apology or something to be "comp'd" due to the rough experience, but nope, full bill and no apology. Regrettably, despite Franny's being a local joint and having good food, we won't be back.
