(most recent situation.) - I had to hire another industry professional to take care of the leak problem that Kent Muramoto (the owner) is NOT able to fix. - We've had to get multiple outside technicians to review the problem and they all said it was an installation and maintenance issue that cause these leaks - In a final attempt to try and fix the issue, Kent Muramoto has made the problem worse and now i'm left with a BROKEN AND INOPERABLE system, AGAIN. His wife, Nicole, was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. Later that same day, Calvin returned after finishing another job. He immediately impressed us with his knowledge of the AC systems. Instead of pushing for expensive replacements, he recommended maintenance where possible, which saved us a significant amount of money. The estimate he provided was much lower than we had expected -- a welcome surprise. Calvin ended up replacing two of the units and performing maintenance on the remaining three -- all by himself.
