The restaurant refunded that dish without hesitation, which I appreciated, but it shouldn't have left the kitchen that way in the first place. From what we could see, the kitchen was seriously backed up and the overall operation wasn't being managed well. The staff deserved better support because they were hustling nonstop while trying to deal with unhappy customers. I hope management addresses these issues because the employees are putting in the effort. With better kitchen execution and smoother operations, this could be a much better dining experience.

I didn't even finish 2/3 of the leeks and was kind of hoping to get it taken off our bill since I paid $28 for something I didn't end up eating due to how it was served/worry about food being left out and not properly heated.
