I definitely wanted to stop by here before summer ended so I'm glad I got around to it. The owner greeted us at the window and recommended that we sample all of the flavors. We pretty much sampled all of them and they all tasted like hits to me! I settled for the only vegan one which was the Coconut Lime Sherbet. It was simply so light and refreshing. I hope they continue to expand and add more unique and interesting flavors!

A really fun ice cream food cart located in downtown Tigard. The venue itself is adorable - splash pad, colorful seating, and extremely clean. We ordered the ice cream flight and she let us order 4 flavors (half and half for one scoop). Our favorite hands down was the ube coconut caramel. It was a 10 out of 10!!

This is my first time trying this place. They had rotating flavors depending on the day. Today's flavors are: Black Sesame Butter Crunch, Ube Caramel Coconut, Mango Cheesecake Swirl, and Coconut Lime Swirl. Ube Caramel Coconut tastes really smooth and we loved it. Second one we like is tied with Black Sesame and Mango Cheesecake. The Black Sesame had a crunch to it and was flavorful. The Mango Cheesecake was mangoey. Like real mangos taste and it was definitely top choices. The coconut lime was tart. It was a sherbet. So...keep on making good Asian ice cream. Just need to stop by Tigard to get it. Farmers Market on weekends!!! Too bad I lived 40 minutes away. If it was near me I will definitely be buying cartons of ice cream to take home. It was something that you still think about after you get home. It made a great impression for me.

Nunny & Pheebs is such a cute ice cream pod! It was a perfect dessert after having dinner at a food cart nearby. It's located by universal plaza in Tigard with seating and a nice area to hangout. While the ice cream was great (I got the banoffee pie + pecan flavor), my favorite part was how thoughtful and intentional the business is. The cups were compostable with a sweet reminder to enjoy the moment and tell someone you love them today! The staff was super kind and even let us a try a new flavor that will be on the menu tomorrow!

The best ice cream my family has ever had! We're so glad it's so close by. Nunny & Pheebs will definitely be a summer staple for us!

One day I didn't budget my time properly so I was looking for lunch that wasn't fast food that I…read morecould eat in the car. Fish and chips to the rescue. I got the cod. It had a panko crust which sometimes I prefer to batter. They were a little bit salty for my taste but ever since I got COVID lots of things have tasted salty so take that with a grain of salt I'm not a tartar sauce guy but this is some great sauce. I feel like later I got a piece of tarragon(?) out of my teeth and reminded me of the herby yummy sauce. I scoffed at first at the chips. Very non uniformly cut but surprisingly all well cooked. I don't know if it's they type of potato but the skin was really off putting. But solid toothsome chips that a splash of vinegar helps a lot. If I end up in a similar position again I'll definitely consider coming back.

I came after a review I read on Eater for FoPo area eats. I'm not a huge fried food fan but this place was good. I got the Steelhead trout fish and chips. Wait was ok they give you a buzzer so you can stroll around the food court. Took about 10 mins not bad. The locally sourced steelhead was a delicious surprise. Tender, juicy fish with crispy breading. Good seasoning. Fries were thicker so not as crispy but still hearty. 3 medium sized pieces of fish. They included ketchup for the fries as well as malt vinegar and tartar sauce for authentic fish dip. Wedge of lemon, too! All in a earth-friendly cardboard box. They take credit just fine. Very convenient location at Carts on Foster just down the street from where I was staying. So I walked back and enjoyed there. If you're staying you could probably cruise over to any local breweries or the bar cart for a beer to complement the fried food. Good time!!!
