The awnings needed a more thorough cleaning, but Edward didn't hesitate about coming out again with a tougher chemical to get the dark spots out at no extra charge. He also helped my husband with taking out a large cactus which wasn't part of the job at all. That's how nice he is! I have never done this before, as I'm a bit of a cheap skate. But I couldn't help myself from asking for another invoice so that I could pay him more and my husband was in full agreement. He is well worth every penny, and his prices are beyond fair. I think their price is fair when you put yourself in their shoes but I would be happy to pay for more if they offered steam cleaning to really get the deeper dirt and gunk out my 1920's apartment. After comparing the two cleaning companies, Pristine is good for regular maintenance and jump starting the cleaning process, but isn't the best for detailed work.
