Over the years, I've stuck with them through price increases because the quality of service, especially from my nail tech, Amber, has made it worth every penny. I tried to book my next appointment, and I realized that Amber was not listed. Amber was one of the best things that ever happened to Elaine's Nails. Her talent, professionalism, attention to detail, and the relationships she built with her clients were unmatched. She is a huge reason why I remained a loyal customer for so many years. Between the uncomfortable atmosphere during my recent visits, the continued price increases, and now Amber's departure, I can no longer confidently recommend Elaine's Nails. If anyone knows where Amber is working now, please let me know! I would happily follow her wherever she goes!

The past few times I've had the woman that is at station 4 (whose name has totally escaped me) and she is fantastic. I often work with c-level executives/attend professional events and do a lot of typing so I don't like anything too bold or long on my nails. She does the perfect shape for me every time! I've also seen some really fun, intricate nail designs on other guests so, basically-- no matter what you're looking for, they've got you covered. I've even started getting my brows done here and have never been disappointed - I had a few bad eyebrow experiences at other nail salons in the past but never here. All of their services are reasonably priced and I've never had to wait. I do typically call ahead to make sure they are available but, so far, I've never had to wait longer than 30 minutes before heading over. Plus, they're conveniently located next to Sprouts and a really cute coffee shop so it's a perfect place to go before weekend errands or after coffee with friends.

She also confirmed a few times if I liked what she did including my nail shape, color of my nail and the width of the tip on my French manicure. I appreciated that and she adjusted accordingly. She significantly filed down the gel polish on my nails when I walked in and soaked them but it left a discoloration on my nails so I had to go darker on the main nail coat. That was not fully her fault though. The tips were still a bit too thick for me but acceptable for my length of nails currently. The salon was clean and staff was friendly. The manicure overall was average but I did appreciate her doing an extra coat for me.

I would definitely come back again, especially when I'm already in the area waiting for my car and need to pass the time. Another big plus is their hours--they open early and usually close late, which makes it really convenient. The only downside was that they didn't mention the 20% new-customer discount. We found out about it on Yelp afterward, so I could've saved a little money!

After going to the same manicurist for over 15 years, I was honestly nervous about finding someone…read morenew but I hit the jackpot with J&K Nails Salon. I was referred to Johnny and Jason and I'm so glad I went. I have acrylic with gel and Jason is absolutely fantastic with both. My nails were a complete disaster when I walked in, the previous technician had made them way too thin and they were actually curling on the sides. Jason completely transformed them. He was incredibly patient and a true perfectionist, taking his time to make sure everything was just right and my nails honestly look better than they ever have. Johnny has such a great personality and made the whole experience even more enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, they placed a cold water bottle right in front of me, took my purse and hung it on a hanger next to me and even put a warm heating pad around my neck, I felt like a queen. And to top it all off, their prices are fantastic. This is hands down the best nail experience I've had in a long time. Do not hesitate, Stop searching and just book here, this is the place.
