They came without a proper ladder for checking the vent via the roof, claiming their management had not told them that. They did their cleaning, taking what seemed a long time, and said what they did would probably be enough without going to the roof. It didn't work. Our brand new dryer was still giving error messages that moisture wasn't escaping properly. We called for them to come back. The appointment time was set. They didn't show. We called, and Wilson seemed confused and said he'd been directed to come two days later. He quoted a phone number which wasn't ours. Nope, not us, we said, please come. He didn't. Called office next day and the following day, no one returned our call. We had to call another service to come out and fix the problem - which required going to the roof where they found a completely blocked filter mesh screen. So we paid an additional $125 just for a step these guys blew us off about. Do not recommend.

He also figured out a way to upgrade our older wireless thermostat to do what we wanted without requiring wiring. He showed us all of the work he was doing as he was doing it and did not charge suggest or charge for anything unnecessary. The pricing was fair and transparent, and his expertise in HVAC was clear. They were able to come out very soon after my initial request, and all communication was prompt and friendly. After being frustrated with not so great service from two other vendors in the past, Peter and Pure provided hands down the best HVAC experience we've had and we're switching over to Pure for both annual maintenance and to install another mini split later this year.

Let's start from the beginning. They forgot to finish setting up the service. We paid $8000 for the lowest-end package, and they FORGOT to finish the job! Their front office gal, Shannon, argued for days over whose fault it was--ridiculous service. We finally got them out to finish setting up the lights and thermostat, 1 month after we had moved in. Next issue. They didn't label all the Ethernet cords, nor did they test the lines. We had to call them back out to finish THAT job as well. Here is the biggest laugh.. we realized that they labeled two cords as 4th bedroom. We don't have four bedrooms, so guess what.. they have to come back out yet again, finish the job a monkey could do. Now.. the next issue. We had a power outage. When the lights came back on, none of ours worked. We tried to reset the unit, but received an error message that the server was down on the Bob's Smart Home side. They obviously do not have any indicators on their end to indicate when one of their clients has NO POWER. INSANE!!! Last issue. They didn't set the temp on our hot water tank correctly, so we have 90-degree water only 30 feet from the tank. This isn't hot enough to wash dishes. The upstairs shower is always cold.

They patiently walked me through the process and answered all my questions without any high pressure tactics. They thought through ways for me to save money without compromising efficiency. Their estimate was significantly less than those of other companies I contacted. I truthfully cannot say enough about the installation crew of Cody and Brian. This was a four-day job and throughout Cody and Brian were communicative, courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable about optimum installation methods. They cleaned up at the end of each day and took every precaution to prevent any damage to walls, etc., during installation of heavy and awkward water heaters and furnaces on both the main and second levels. Then, Peter and his crew from Bob's sister electrical company, Washington Energy Services, like the Bob's crew, went above-and-beyond. Peter spent a lot of time analyzing the situation to come up with the most efficient, cost effective and least intrusive methods to update the wiring to accommodate the new equipment. Bottom line: Bob's far exceeded my expectations on every level.

He had gone with Soreano's exclusively for many years and I do recall him telling me that if I ever needed plumbing that they were the go-to guys. Called Soreano's this morning - they fit me in and took care of the problem along with some additional preventive work that would have ultimately needed attention. Cannot beat the service and the response. And the price was very fair for the job and the additional work they performed. I called another service that has 4.9 stars here on Yelp and advertises being available 24/7. Never heard back from them. Their voicemail box was full so I couldn't leave a message. I left my callback number hours ago via SMS and still have yet to receive a reply. Needless to say - I don't need the other company and while I'm not looking forward to needing a plumber anytime soon I definitely calling Soreano's again. I cannot understand why Soreano's is 5 stars across the board. I even received a great tip for a new band to listen to that was right on point. Totally recommended.

While the plumber themselves are good, if there is a problem, the owner, Kevin tells you he will take care of it by phone but DOES NOT. After a few texts/calls, he ghosts the client. He lies. It's hard to find whether he is bonded and licensed. Not under Acclaim, not under Soreano. They made a couple mistakes that could have been corrected, but I had to go outside of them after two weeks of people having no shower to get it repaired. Kevin promised to re-pay me but just nothing. Out nearly $700. Filing with Wa Attorney General and trying to stop payment at Visa now.
