The food was delicious! We got them monte cristo and egg Benedict and it had so much flavor. This place is definitely worth the wait. Easy to get on the waitlist. We logged in from the Yelp app for the waitlist and it was an hour wait so we left and did some shopping at natick mall and came back and a table was ready for us. Parking is easy they have a lot in the back. Place does get packed tho but soo worth the wait

The breakfast food here is so yummy. There are tons of options, mostly sweets and salty separated, not a lot of combo breakfast meals. The ex Benedict was so yummy in the home fries are a must try. Almost every time you go you will be waiting for a table. Service is great. The one comment I would have is that they do rush you a bit and come over very consistently to see if you need anything anything which can be annoying while trying to dine in. Overall great experience.

Loved our dining experience here -- friendly staff, the waitlist worked and got us in when we needed, and the food was incredible. We'll definitely be back!

We came here for a quick breakfast before our flights. We heard amazing things about this place and they were all right. The food, service and price was awesome. I ordered the Hawaiian BBQ pork skillet and was wowed by all the flavor it had. Great diner and amazing food!

Loaded home fries & French toast!

Hands down some of the best service we've ever had, great friendly staff and amazing food!! 10/10 recommend!! Definitely worth stopping!!

Breakfast was ok. The real maple syrup was a nice touch. 99 cent extra charge on the eggs? I wish they told me this before hand instead of being surprised on the check itself. Please be upfront with this. Not to mention egg prices are back Down. Will this automated change be canceled at one point or is it permanent?

This place is worth the wait! I recommend going on the waitlist through yelp before arriving, they might even seat you earlier as long as you reserve your spot. The people here are really nice (and they wear really cool pyjama pants :)) & the decor would entertain you. Monte cristo tasted pretty unique, just on the sweeter side. The corned beef hash Benny, on the other hand, is amazing! Daves corned beef hash was made just right, with the right amount of crispiness. Highly recommend! Would definitely come back!

Delicious experience, they have ice cream which they use in their delicious coffee floats or traditional ice cream floats, additionally they have mastered the salty and sweet archetype! The service is very friendly and attentive. Have never had a problem! Overall it's a very well deserved popular diner that definitely deserves a try

My sister and I have come here a few times before and the atmosphere is really lovely. The food is wonderful and they have really fun drinks too. The service is great, the staff is always friendly even when it can be quite crowded and busy which i appreciate.

Cute spot. Fun diner that feels old school. Great bar seating. Large portions - got the egg and sausage sandwich. The home fries are small little hashes. Good iced coffee. Wait is 1 hour but you can add yourself prior. Lovely diner and worth a visit.

Amazing diner. The food, service, and overall quality were outstanding. You can really tell they pay attention to the details, including using local syrup, which I loved. The service was excellent. You can ask any of the waiters for anything and it gets taken care of right away. They all work as a team, so everything came out quickly and smoothly. The portions were especially impressive. I ordered a side of avocado and it was hands down the most avocado I have ever received as a side. This is exactly what you expect when you ask for avocado, not half of a half like most places give. Same with the tomatoes. When I asked for sliced tomatoes on the side, I got what felt like an entire tomato. Generous, fresh, and completely worth it. Prices were not exorbitant at all. In fact, the quality exceeded the price. I especially loved the fluffy pancakes and the beautifully decorated hot chocolate. Another huge plus is that they do not use seed oils. They cook with avocado oil and butter, which I really appreciate. I will definitely be returning. Pro tip: join their Yelp waitlist at least an hour in advance. The lines can be long, but they honor the Yelp system and most people use it.

Hello, do they have gluten free breakfast options?

They do, however, all food is cooked on the same grill so there is a chance of cross contamination. If you have questions, message them on FB...they respond quickly!

Does this place have an area where you can buy pastries? Such as muffins?

Katelyn - J&M doesn't do any type of take-out orders. J&M is truly an awesome spot - delicious and worth the wait. If you want another spot to just grab muffins to go - try Mel's Commonwealth Cafe in Wayland. I often get breakfast or lunch… Read more

Do they have any gluten free options?

Their paleo breakfasts should be gluten free but you could still call and confirm. If not, many of the a la carte items are and would make an awesome breakfast.

Is this the same diner that used to be in the strip mall/business park behind route 30?

    Yes

    Do they take reservations?

They don't take reservations, however they have a system where you go in and give your name and cell phone number, once your table is ready they text you and you come in. If we go and there is a wait we'll spend our time at the Natick Mall or down… Read more

There is seating for about 24 people, max, but the breakfast menu has basic eggs, breakfast meats, home fries, etc. The double breakfast has 2 eggs, 2 tiny sausages, 2 strips of bacon, home fries and toast. Everything was good - no complaints with food or service. One really odd thing, though. Is there are no prices posted anywhere. Menus are blank, wall signage is blank, the website doesn't list prices, etc. I had no idea how much my breakfast was going to cost, and couldn't make decisions about what to order based on price. My breakfast, with a black coffee, was about $14.75. Overall, a nice spot if you're in the neighborhood, but certainly not a destination-type place.

We asked the manager for some napkins to prop up the wobbly table and he said (quote) "Why don't you tell your kid not to stand on his chair" and walked away. We get it: its St Patrick's Day in an Irish bar and it's stressful. But instead of recognizing that he snapped: he doubled down and tried to convince us that his language fine, and that we were in the wrong for calling him out. I even talked with him an hour later, after it had cooled off, and he continued to be aggressive and dismissive. A bad manager is one thing.
