My second floor unit wasn't directly impacted by the slab leak, but the pipes and everything are all connected for our four units. So after they were done working on Friday, I noticed that our toilets were acting funny and the water pressure seemed to be really high. I showed the technician where the pipe elbowed over into the next unit so that he could see multiple units were serviced by that pipe However, upon completing the repair, he told the HOA that the pipe was only the upstairs neighbor, forcing that person to have to pay instead of the HOA. I believe, dependable plumbing does whatever they can to keep the HOA from being responsible. You're better off hiring and unbiased plumber if you think it's an HOA issue.

Honest, efficient, and transparent about everything going on. He ran a camera throughout our sewer lines to verify that there were no blockages, and helped me understand what happened, and who to contact (we need to contact the city since it's a main sewer line issue). The pricing was mid-range. According to AI, they were in the mid-range of what to expect in San Diego ($295 for a camera inspection of sewer lines from house to city sewer main).
