First out dated pipes were leaking everywhere and clogged up in the bathroom and kitchen, causing us to use a hose outside for water until we called JJ to our rescue. I called JJ after my mom, a real estate agent has been using them for years for her home and listings, recommended them. They came out and fixed the kitchen and bathroom clogs and installed some new piping and faucets that were much needed in my older home. They were clean, fast and efficient! They later replaced our old rusted, leaking water-heater with a new one, as well and fixed a leak in my garage. Since I was unable to be home during the installation I was very happy that during the process they called me and kept me informed of the progress. By the time I got home I had hot water YAY :) The prices were reasonable and service was fast and friendly. The project started with several onsite walk-thru's with Frankie. He explained in detail what this major project would entail. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns and made several trips to the job site over the 10 weeks this project took to complete. David was the lead supervisor on this project and his crew consisted of Johnny, Rogerio, Fernando and Jose. To say that this crew was top notch would be putting it mildly. For 10 weeks these guys showed up 30 min early than their scheduled start time and never missed a day. Juan & son were at our condo in less than 30 minutes with tools in hand. He immediately assessed the problem and placed a cap on the valve. Within a few minutes he fixed the tank so it was usable. He did not pressure us to immediately get a new tank but we know we should decide soon. I am hoping to convince my husband to get a Tankless and have Juan install it. Juan has been our plumber since 4/3/17 when he reset a toilet. 6/1/17 he installed the water heater and shower handle. Just last 10/30/24 Juan and his son installed a new toilet. No plumbing activity is cheap. Juan does a great job and charges a very fair price.

After mentioning the issues we encountered he failed to follow up to have the bath tub refinished. I truly believe they are making excuses. We've got to stop letting these big companies come into our retirement communities and literally rip us off.
