I had a problem with my kitchen lights. When I replaced a burned out LED bulb, turned on the light switch to check it, I heard a "pop" sound and all 10 of the LED's went dark! I checked the circuit breaker, but it was fine. I took all 10 bulbs out to see if I could discover anything unusual, like shorted wires, etc. Nothing worked. I called O'hagan electric because his reviews on Yelp are incredibly good. I read most all of them and decided that this was the guy to call. I was right! Steve walked into the house and introduced himself in a very friendly yet professional manner. I showed him the problem. He asked a few questions and immediately started checking the circuit breaker and light switches. We have 2 switches, one on each end of the kitchen. One of them is a three way with a dimmer switch. That's the one we rarely use. Steve discovered that the three way switch was faulty. He replaced the switch with a new one. LIGHTS!! It's not just that Steve fixed our lighting problem that I gave 5 stars, it's because of the very efficient way that he completed the job. He's professional, works quickly and communicates well. This was the first time I had ever contacted this company, yet they treated me as if I were a returning customer, first apologizing for not being able to come to my home that day but assuring me they would come the next day. He asked me to text him a description of my electrical problem (Christmas lights and irrigation system were intermittently working) and my address. After promptly arriving, the electrician did some trouble shooting; figured out and solved the problem by replacing a GFI outlet, and giving me an education on the importance of wrapping all exposed extension cord outlets with tape.
