Lisa is amazing. Service was Selection of the liquor wall - bourbons, whiskeys, etc is pretty great! Food was delicious. Starters- pretzel bites/cheese & cheese dip/chips fantastic for 4 of us. Sandwich yummy for the other couple. We got the fish/chips and did a +1 fish and split it. Fries are amazing! The bread pudding is yummolicious! Seriously. It's SOOOO good. The Carmel sauce is to die for. Will definitely be a future spot to visit while here in Conway! They do brunch on Saturdays also. They are closed on Sundays.

Very nice chang of pace, has a real nice feel to it, price very reasonably. Food is average, staff are wonderful.

Very much a bar, but very homey. Feels similar to how I met your mother's bar, but slightly smaller. We didn't have a wait at all because when we arrived the bar wasn't full; but by the time we left the entire bar was packed and people were at the door waiting for seating! They also had an outside area that appeared to have heat lamps which is nice! The selection of beer was pretty good but the food was excellent! We came during happy hour so it was all really cheap as well! This is definitely a go to place for catching up with friends and getting some tasty bar food! Certainly recommend for casual dining and happy hour!

    Beignets, tasty!

The missus and I were looking for a brunch spot today and found this one. It was packed, so that's a good sign. We got in quick, the waitress gave great service. It had a nice Irish look inside but I appreciated the old photos of Conway in there. A great look to it! The food was also solid, and priced well. Very tasty!

Great little restaurant and pub! They have bangers and mash, fish & chips, and some other traditional Irish dishes. Lots of choices for appetizers, entrees, and a full bar. I had fish and chips but substituted veggies since I already had a share if fries for lunch that day. Their fries looked interesting though, curly q shaped. Nice place! Great service!

The food was good and so was the atmosphere. Its not the best Irish theme pub I've been to, but I would definitely go back.

Service was quick and top-notch. Our waitress was awesome. We really liked her and talked to her quite a bit about living in Hot Springs. She even produce a little side of the curry sauce for us to try. It was so good. We really liked it. It was very nice of her to do that for us. The food was phenomenal true German cuisine. My wife had spent a few years living in Germany and she claims the food is extremely authentic. Although I don't have that reference point to judge the authenticity all I can say was it was extremely good. I enjoyed everything it came on our tray . Our bill with one large combo entree, two sides, onion bacon pastry one drink and one soda was $ 112 That may sound expensive for two people, but I think it was well worth it. We would definitely come here again. And

I went here with some friends a couple months ago on a night that was fairly crowded (it looked…read morelike a wedding party was there) and received terrible service. I realize that wait times can be longer on crowded nights--this is not because of that. Our server, Ivy, was incredibly rude and completely ignored us. She served all the tables around us, even sitting and chatting with customers or friends numerous times, despite the restaurant being packed and tables not receiving service. My group wanted to get food and drinks. Since the restaurant was crowded and our server hadn't come to our table for around 10 minutes after we sat down, we ordered our first round of drinks at the bar. No big deal. What frustrated us was when the server completely ignored or disregarded us MULTIPLE times as we politely tried to get her attention to order food. Ivy would walk right past us when she could clearly hear us trying to get her attention, or she would just look at us and then look away, as if doing her job wasn't worth her time. My friend went up to her to ask if she could take our order, and Ivy only told her something along the lines of "not right now." After around 30-40 minutes of sitting at the table, we realized we weren't going to get food from Ivy, so we moved to another server's section. I wish I could remember our second server's name, because she came up to us within maybe 1-2 minutes to ask for our orders and was genuinely so nice to us!! We told her about how rude Ivy had been, and the server apologized and said that apparently Ivy was like that a lot. My friends and I literally did nothing that would have caused Ivy to be rude to us. Ivy just decided that she would rather sit and talk with friends while on the job instead of serving us, then treat us like dirt on her shoe when we ask for food.

My wife and I have been to Mike's Place many times for many different occasions over the years…read more It's our go-to restaurant when we want delicious food and dependable service. The restaurant is decorated tastefully in a quaint New Orleans style, and the atmosphere is dress casual and calm, perfect for nice, quiet get together. The restaurant is not designed for a high volume of people, so reservations are best because they stay busy. As I mentioned, Mike's Place is New Orleans themed, and the menu reflects this style, but there are many delicious options. My wife and I made 6:00 pm reservations for our 41st wedding anniversary. We arrived around 5:45 pm but we were seated before 6:00. Our server, Dallas, was very friendly and attentive and took care of all our dining needs. We first ordered the Coconut Shrimp appetizer. This arrived quickly and was hot and well prepared. The Coconut Shrimp comes with a delicious dipping sauce. For our entrees, my wife ordered the Atlantic Salmon with fried okra and baked potato, all of which was served hot and well prepared. My wife has dairy allergies and she requested a butter substitute for the baked potato, and Dallas was able to provide margarine instead of butter. I ordered the Commodore's Platter, which comes with Lobster Tail, Dungeness Crab Claws, White Fish and Shrimp with salad and one side. You can get the seafood prepared grilled, blackened or fried. Even though a "platter" sounds like a lot of food, it was filling but not too much. This was another excellent experience at Mike's Place, and we'll definitely be back!

It was our first time dining there, and we had driven nearly an hour and a half to get there…read morebecause it was a special occasion. We read reviews and thought we'd eat there. We arrived at 7:15pm and told that it would be over an hour wait for the dining room or we could sit in the bar area immediately, so we chose the bar area. Our server came to take our drink order while we looked at the menu. I asked about the beer on tap and was told that it was local craft brewers, I asked if Coors Light in the bottle was available and was told yes. I ordered that and was asked if I wanted a glass with it and I said no that I preferred to drink out of the bottle. Well, in a few minutes, another server brought my wife's glass of wine and my beer IN A GLASS! I distinctly ordered my beer in the bottle, but I decided to drink it anyway since the restaurant was so busy. After a few sips I noticed an odd taste that I couldn't quite put my finger on. Almost a soapy taste. When our server came for our order, I brought his attention to the beer being in a glass and not how I ordered. He said that he would correct it. He took our order, we both ordered the Ribeye cooked medium. When it came time for our salads, my wife had hers promptly but mine wasn't. We had to remind our server twice before my salad arrived, but it came about 2 minutes before our steaks. So naturally because of the size of the table we were at, I couldn't eat my salad. (We were at a small table for 2) Just as I thought that things would be better, my steak was so chewy that I couldn't enjoy it. Now I realize that it was Friday night and y'all were extremely busy, but come on now, $50 for a Ribeye that was the quality of something you would get at Texas Roadhouse or Logan's? Sorry for being so brutally honest, but we were very disappointed in our visit.....
