There's also a very robust salad bar with a healthy number of offerings (including warm side dishes and soup) to complement the protein options. After we were seated, the meat merry-go-round began. They served delicious cuts of filet mignon, sirloin, flank steak, picanha (my personal favorite), and sausage (chicken was also available but we stayed with the beef and pork).
