5/12/23 Husband and I came from Sac for Mother's Day weekend. Stopped by to get an oil filter and…read moreoil because my husband always does maintenance work on our cars whenever we are in town since my parents have a house and we live in an apartment up in sac. Unfortunately my husband was the unlucky individual who was sold an oil filter that had an old blue dented, scratched up, used Subaru filter in it. He had not seen the box until a few hours into us getting situated at my parents house and him doing the set up for the oil change. Husband went back with the used filter he was sold and told the staff there. Staff there said there wasn't anything they could do for us since they couldn't confirm or verify that we had not changed out the filter ourselves since it had been a few hours since we had left. The staff that sold my husband the box said "I don't remember the box looking that way" when he gave it to my husband. My passive husband spent another $40 for a new oil filter and came home and told me what happened. I was furious. Told my parents the situation. My parents tried to call them to tell them the situation and were refused once again. My husband has literally bought all of our oil filters and his car maintenance stuff at this store. He has his number linked to an account there with all of our past purchases. Just won't be going to support this store any longer with the ordeal we went through. Moral of the story, just make sure you look into the oil filter box or any other boxed item you buy in the store before you walk out so you don't face this unlucky situation like us.

It was the first time I a long time I didn't feel like a mechanic was trying to upsell or get more money from me, mechanic knew I was in a bind and really tried to keep costs low as possible. My car was in and out and I even waited in lobby with a delightful little girl! :) Office staff was nice and chatty and overall my experience was amazing which can be really hard to find now a days.

Seriously, if there were a Hall of Fame for incompetence, these guys would be first ballot inductees. From the moment I walked in, it was clear customer service isn't just bad here--it doesn't exist. The staff looked at me like I had just ruined their day by daring to bring them business. I asked questions, they rolled their eyes. I called for updates, they dodged my calls like I was a debt collector. Professionalism? Nope. Accountability? Not a chance. They told me my car would be ready "in a day." Apparently, in their world, a "day" actually means "over a week of excuses, lies, and waiting." And when I finally got my car back, guess what? The original problem was STILL there--plus a couple of new issues they generously "added" for free. And then the cherry on top? A bloated, mystery bill with no explanation. Like, wow--thanks for nothing! This shop is basically a black hole where time, money, and vehicles go to die. If you enjoy being scammed, ignored, and disrespected, by all means--come here. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and drive PAST this place without even slowing down.
