Had it been raining hard I wouldn't have expected them to remove it and replace it. I called O'Reilly's auto parts down the street and they helped me right away. They removed and replaced the new battery I purchased from them, no hesitation. I was in and out within 10 minutes! Thank you Ben for the great customer service and being so helpful.

Autozone after 2 weeks I decided to take them…read moreback, the reason was because my 2006 Acura TL transmission was starting to act up so I decided not to spend the money to fix up a dying car. when I entered the Store the associate acted put-out that he had to return them. the attitude I got was not professional. I had my receipt and asked him if he needed my credit card for the return. He didn't answer me. He finished the transaction and laid the receipt towards me on the counter and walked away. I was very disappointed. The only thing I could think of is he must get commission for the sale since he was the same person who sold me the Struts/shocks.

Went into Autozone for a brake light bulb and the employee was helpful and courteous. 5/12/23 Husband and I came from Sac for Mother's Day weekend. Stopped by to get an oil filter and…read moreoil because my husband always does maintenance work on our cars whenever we are in town since my parents have a house and we live in an apartment up in sac. Unfortunately my husband was the unlucky individual who was sold an oil filter that had an old blue dented, scratched up, used Subaru filter in it. He had not seen the box until a few hours into us getting situated at my parents house and him doing the set up for the oil change. Husband went back with the used filter he was sold and told the staff there. Staff there said there wasn't anything they could do for us since they couldn't confirm or verify that we had not changed out the filter ourselves since it had been a few hours since we had left. The staff that sold my husband the box said "I don't remember the box looking that way" when he gave it to my husband. My passive husband spent another $40 for a new oil filter and came home and told me what happened. I was furious. Told my parents the situation. My parents tried to call them to tell them the situation and were refused once again. My husband has literally bought all of our oil filters and his car maintenance stuff at this store. He has his number linked to an account there with all of our past purchases. Just won't be going to support this store any longer with the ordeal we went through. Moral of the story, just make sure you look into the oil filter box or any other boxed item you buy in the store before you walk out so you don't face this unlucky situation like us.

Maricela was the person who I gave this information to. They decided to "keep my car" and said they're take a look with a diagnostics test, then they call me the same day after I already got a rental because I thought THEY'd fix the issue; saying "oh come pick up the car its good to good, we didn't find any issues" MIND. YOU. I just bought the car from WESTERN MOTORS DEALERSHIP Aug of 2024; Then just recently, the car went into limp mode so I took it back to the service department & they ran a diagnostics and saw that my SPARK PLUGS AND COIL were bad and need replacement which LOL I TOOK my car there in February 2025 and TOLD them that was the issue but got looked at like I'm dumb. Anyways, and then proceeded to tell me that they will keep my car for a few days until warranty covers the parts and then start the repair... I said no way because that means I pay for a rental AGAIN, and have to pay them for their labor and the storage fees & whatever the repair costs which was dumb because it's literally an EASY fix I know this because I took my car from there right away to a family friend who is a mechanic and he told me this is literally an hour- 1/2 hour job. And they fixed it right away. And my car has been running so well. I just wish that Maricela actually took my concerns seriously instead of brushing me off and running around the bush with me. Going to definitely consult with a lawyer to return my car to them because they sold me a car without even properly making sure things were right fully with it. And this service department sucks on top of it, just cuz I'm a girl they made it seem like I'm stupid. Even charged me 100$ for the diagnostic test when LOL I had already previously told them what the issue is.
