Max, I'm pretty sure that was cashier's name, ran a test and told me that my oxygen sensor was bad. He states he knows a mobile mechanic, Edgar, and he doesn't speak English; he gets to shop in less than 5 minutes. Max asks me to move my car to the side; he stated the store manager is cool but the general manager has a problem with people working on cars in front of shop. After part is "installed," Edgar puts numerous bolts in a garbage pail and drives off. My car gave out shortly after starting it; call AAA. I went into store to ask for name and numbers of sales associate and mobile mechanic. Wrong numbers were given; not surprised.. Before car was towed back to San Antonio, the tow truck driver looks where oxygen sensor is and tells me nothing is there. Yesterday, car was towed again and I asked the guy if he wouldn't mind telling me where a part was; he said no and also told me oxygen sensor was not there. AutoZone, in the Windsor Park, area did an excellent job of assessing and did not try to take advantage of a disabled individual. The same can't be said about the location at 2602 S Congress. AutoZone, sales associates like the ones who worked Sunday afternoon, are not a professional look on your company and will have customers going elsewhere.

After experiencing the absolute worst customer service at the Jeep dealership in Austin Texas, I went to Larry H. Miller Dodge Jeep dealership in Glendale Colorado and found the Austin dealership hadn't even entered any of my required information into the system, and additionally the Austin dealership hadn't shown me ANY videos, didn't teach me anything about how to use my Jeep and beyond lying to me about having a Navigation system in it, they literally had a wrecker drop off my new Jeep, had me sign purchase documents on an iPad, then loaded my trade-in onto the wrecker and drove off with me a wheelchair bound disabled veteran. It wasn't until I started receiving emails from Jeep Corporate asking about all the things that should have been done or provided to me, that I contacted the same dealer. After four calls, none receiving a return call over three weeks, all found the dealership and management refusing to call or help me, beyond telling me to come in to them and they'd show me. Fast forward to July 2021 and my arrival at Larry H Miller. Pulling up for a basic service found my Jeep wasn't even in the system, never having been entered/completed by Austin dealer. After being told I wasn't in system, the service manager sighed not less that fifteen (15) times while he (according to him/his words) he was very inconvenienced at having to, "do the work the dealership that sold me the Jeep was paid for, not us". The Parts manager was equally rude, overwhelmingly condescending and painful annoyed at my presenting him with a long list of aftermarket parts I was wanting and his having to answer my questions. He asked me, "can you afford all these parts at one time?" Not, are you interested in ordering all of these things today, or space them out. I hesitate to label them as Prejudice against me and/or my outward appearance. I'm 6'5, thin, long hair, beard and a sleeved left arm of US Marine Corps tattoos. My attire was likely additional fodder, with worn jeans, shirt and boots with disability cane. I'm guessing I looked like... maybe a transient/homeless? Fast forward, to I'll NEVER offer ANY business, nor ever remotely recommend Larry H. Miller dodge Jeep in Glendale Colorado to anyone. On today's date, I reached out to this Ft. Collins Dodge, Chrysler Ram Jeep dealership and was completely taken aback at the unparalleled and polite staff member who answered my call. This young lady (Stephany) .. spelling? This young lady was nothing short of the sweetest, kind hearted professional I've spoken to in many years, related anything retail or business services connected. After hearing the above tragedy painfully explained, Miss Stephany didn't miss a beat and offered me not only a, "welcome to Colorado!", but answered every question minus a few and quickly offered to have their top notch parts guy reach out. (Already received contact from him while writing this review). To conclude this thesis, lol, I'll say that I've not yet even been to this dealership, but I'm positive of two (2) things, one I'll definitely call this dealership home to my Jeep and all future work, and two, I strongly urge all Jeep owners unable to honestly report they have the best Jeep dealership to at least call these kind folks, you won't regret it. Just silence...pure, uncomfortable silence. At first, I tried optimism. Then logic. Then the classic move of turning the key again like it might suddenly change its mind. It did not (like a child digging in their heels). At this point, I accepted that my car had entered its "I'm tired and I quit" era. Cue roadside assistance....Alpha Roadside Services and Battery. Thankfully, help arrived before I had time to spiral into Googling "How to survive permanently stranded in your driveway." The roadside assistance technician showed up calm, professional, and completely unfazed by my dramatic retelling of events. Within minutes, they diagnosed the issue, got things sorted out, and brought my car back to life like some kind of automotive wizard. What could have turned into a full‑blown inconvenience (or emotional breakdown) ended up being quick and painless. No lectures, no eye‑rolling...just efficient help and a running vehicle again. The car was not tired, but the battery was a bit weak. While roadside service was free through our insurance plan, we had to pay for battery, which was reasonably priced. Thanks to roadside assistance, my car is no longer staging protests, and I can once again go about my day pretending this never happened. Highly recommend Alpha Roadside Services and Battery... especially if your car enjoys surprise rebellion.

They sent Jimmel with Alpha Roadside and he was there within the hour. He quickly diagnosed the issue (dead battery) and even offered a replacement there on the spot. But.... I figured such convenience would come with a premium and that I could get a better deal at Auto Zone, so I passed and just asked for a jump. Big mistake!! When I got to AutoZone, they didn't even have a 5yr battery for my truck. The 4yr they had they said "would work" but wasn't fitted properly for my vehicle so "might move around" (say what???). AND their batteries were more expensive. So I called Jimmel and he offered to meet me at my house where he got me taken care of in a jiffy. Better batter, lower price, more convenient and it comes with the same warranty you'd get when buying at a store like Auto Zone or anywhere else. Plus Jimmel is just a super nice and very friendly person to deal with! Will definitely call Alpha Roadside next time I'm in need!
