Every employee at this store has been incredibly helpful and communicative, but I want to give special recognition to Randy. He took the time to answer all of my questions and offered valuable advice on the repairs and oil changes I was planning to tackle for the first time. As a woman, it can sometimes be intimidating walking into automotive shops, but Randy treated me with complete respect and spoke to me like any other customer. He made me feel comfortable and supported, and I left with the confidence to take on the work myself. Thank you, Randy, for being outstanding. If I could give this place one star, I would. I've been shopping here for years and never had a bad experience. I went in today; the older lady that works there with the gray hair... extremely rude. I didn't hear her when I first walked in, then when I said something to her, her response was " I addressed you when you walked in you didn't say anything." When I went to the counter to ask a question about a part I needed, rather than hearing me out, she kept cutting me off. Then got frustrated when I would ask questions, and told me I had to wait for the manager. After not being heard multiple times, I walked away and as I was walking, she switched her tone & stated her manager was there. I will not be shopping here again. Don't work in customer service if you don't want to work with customers. read more

Horrible service , the tall white man with dark hair and dark mustache , needs to take a customer service course if they offer one . He speaks with attitude and has the most rude tone. He even speaks badly to his coworkers . There's a nice helpful lady with blond hair who was trying to help us and he spoke very rudely to her telling her she was just wasting time by waiting for the license plate number . First of all you shouldn't talk to your coworkers like that or anyone else. There was absolutely no rush and no one was complaining. He just stood there gawking over , while she was already doing her job correctly. Horrible customer service from this specific man. I came here earlier and they were willing to help and told me to come back .I came back just to encounter a rude horrible o Reilly worker . Went to auto zone and they helped right away. The manager named "cody" there is a weeney! They sold me a bad battery! When I asked them to return it the same day like literally 5 minutes after he said no returns on good battery's I told him to test it since it wasn't working and he refused and said there was something else with my car and that it wasn't his problem when he came and checked my car out he still swore it was my alternator! When I told him to give me my old battery so I can try it he laughed and said go ahead trying to embarrass me... surprise my car is back running like nothing! And yet he still didn't want to give me a refund which took me another 10 minutes of me proving him wrong till he finally gave in and told the other person to refund me! Piss poor customer service. Went in there and 4 employees looked at me. Not a single one offered any help whatsoever. Grabbed what I needed, went to the register to check out. After the transaction I said "have a nice day" and the cashier responded "mhmm". First off, if you aren't happy with your job or your life, don't take it out on the customer through a lack of customer service. It's astounding to me how many businesses locally offer piss poor customer service. This was the first time i visited this store location and I can promise you it's the last time. read more

My husband was looking for synthetic oil, One O'Reilly's called this store to ask if they had the proper kind. They said yes and verified type. My husband drove from Thousand Oaks to the far end of Simi BECAUSE they said they had it. The guy said "sorry man I thought that was synthetic". Wasted gas and time! read more
