I found out that because they were almost out, the owner/manager had authorized the employees to raise the price when the inventory dropped to a certain level. I like this location because it's not crowded yet (quick checkout) and they have a large showroom. Other O'reallys tend to not stock parts for certain models but this location has everything I needed so far, I guess until they finish statistical analysis from the 1st year. I usually park on the Dollar side because it has a traffic light to 99th Street, making it easy to get in&out across Pacific Av and away from urban decay. Note this dealership is over 2hr drive for me, sadly when I got there, they had order the wrong part, not to mention the parts dept. said the correct part would need paint, as I'm on the phone with the bodyshop, they are able to repair if for only $1500, one would think it make sense to take the deal and less cost for them, but instead the salesman Vladimir said, "let me get back to you" Not knowing what just happened?? As it turns out both Vladimir & manager Jonathan was trying to get a cheaper bodyshop near by to have it fix at $600 site unseen damage, for fiberglass repair..? Here I was trying to save them part and paint. WTF? I have contacted GM_Customer_Assistance, they did nothing about it as I'm out of pocket $700 for paying full repair. FINALLY, someone was understanding and cutthroat attitude and walk me to service and ask to charging me only $100 for the battery replacement would work for me, and said "We are not perfect, but we do our best to take care our customers. Here is a kicker, trying to cash the check there next day at BofA, there told me the check either have no funds or something, they will NOT let me deposit it, go figure!! Ahhhhhhhhh! Even though Mr. Grajeda did his best to soften the blow, but no where enough to saved how I was treaded at this dealership after the sale. "Will I ever get my $600?" That is the saddest statement from of the year.
