If I could give them zero. It would be negative 100. This auto one employs the most sketchy individuals. Seriously. It's also not well kept, cleaned, and smells like homeless people. I purchased oil from this location and while I walked out, I beeped. I turned back around IMMEDIATELY! Because I don't need to get accused of ANYTHING! When I came back in the store, the cashier that rang me up, told me not to worry about it. So I put the oil in my car in the parking lot, noticed I needed more so I went back inside. As I walked in, I beeped. Mind you, I had on sweats, a sweater, and my wallet IN MY HAND VISIBLE! I go grab the oil and start walking to the front, I see an employee fast walking towards me and then she tells me I have to leave the store I said why she said "Because you're beeping and we don't know why"....that was the dumbest sh*t I ever heard! lol!! "You're beeping and we don't know why" so you kick me out of the store? Even though you're watching my every move. I'm not walking around the store. I go straight to what I need and check out. But they were so discriminatory that they just kicked me out! I was beeping because my very expensive wallet that came with the certificate of authenticity inside, also had one of those little thin plastic alarms inside. Which was what made me beep. But they didn't care, I was a black woman beeping, that's all that mattered....lol and that's why those employees will forever work at places like auto zone and arco. read more

I came in on 24 December because I needed to replace a simple thermostat. I was told the part would be there in two hours On the 26th, they have no record of the part being sold. I need to bring my receipt in. They made me miss my family celebrations and time helping alcoholics who are struggling....... If you can't get the parts, there are three other parts stores in the area be honest! I have to bring my receipt in to get a refund! Unhappy disabled customer Luckily, the ladies at Napa had no problem taking care of this I go back to AutoZone to get my refund. The woman not only gives me a hard time but then let me know that my parts actually there and then when I tell her, I don't care that the part is there. I've already purchased it from Napa. she only tries to refund part of the money. These are the bad business practices that happen at AutoZone. I actually had to say something to her to get it back and she said how do I know you don't have it well if I don't have the main part why would I take an O-ring for that part when the O-ring is actually already included in it. You should ask the guy that sold it to me. He's the guy hiding in the back.!!!! read more

I arrived at this location at 7:55pm with my check engine light on. I asked for the free service that they provide so I can know the reason why my check engine light is on. The Spanish lady told me she could not do it because it's dark outside so I took a picture of outside to show. I can understand if she was that busy or anything else but that excuse is just weak. read more

I hate writing reviews for bad customer service, especially when I can understand some places having staffing issues. But what I won't tolerate is discrimination towards customers. I came into the store to buy wiper blades for two cars. I found what I needed, and waited at the counter for assistance. There were two checkout stations, but AutoZone does not have clear "designated lines" for service. They have a bunch of little trinkets stands, and customers get to stand in a jungle of these little stands waiting their turn. I was standing there while the two counter representatives helped two people in front of me. No one was in line; I was well established as the next customer to be served. I can forgive the wait while they helped these people, there were some stupid questions being asked, but they did their best, But what I can't forgive is me standing there in front of the counter for ten G%$#&*m minutes holding $150 worth of product waiting for an opening just to be cut in line by a young woman that spontaneously burst from an aisle and cut in front of me. Your representative knew I was standing there yet nearly tripped over his feet and barley containing his excitement at talking to the well endowed yet possibly underage young female. Adding insult to injury, what I'm assuming was your shift manager was literally pacing back and forth between the two service reps, in a way in which I can only call creepy, yet could not help a waiting customer with an obvious final purchase. It felt like the creepy manager spent his time looking at the female associate, while the male associate was uber-focused on the female customer. I finally dumped the wipers on a trinket kiosk after being ignored and walked out. I was pretty annoyed as I was on a tight schedule and trying to get to an established appointment, so my anger and disgust is intensified, however it was still incredibly insulting to be ignored lie that, and I pray you don't end up with a sexual harassment lawsuit from the either creepy voyeur manager or the leg-humping employee working that day. So what should have been a 5 minute visit turned into a 15 minute waste of my damn time, and a resolute commitment to never visit an AutoZone again, reinforced by the realization that I can buy the same wipers at WalMart for about $15 cheaper. So yeah, maybe good job hiring bad customer service. or whatever. However, I would check the little man boy drooling over the blonde girl, that should be a HUGE warning sign, look into it. read more

Lol literally no greeting. Worker was stocking shelves and told me to move out of his way. Coworkers were talking to eachother and I just stood there in silence until a lady asked me if I was ready to pay. No "how was your day" "did you find everything okay?" No customer service- I arrived 6 min before closing. The door was locked. I knocked several times before the guy even acknowledged me. He was abrupt and told me I could only come in if I knew exactly what I wanted and where it was and would leave in 2 minutes. I responded that there was 6 min left. He said no "I have closing to do". So, I left even though I had an easy order that would take 4-5 min and turn a profit. I quit using Autozone years ago b/c they constantly messed up orders. I had forgotten that they don't care about customer experience. Ill put my money with a better company. Buyer beware. read more

Such a great experience, I forgot my mask and a team member came out to give me one. She also brought out the battery check device and rec. I drive to a local auto shop and have my vehicle checked out, (since I'm not car savvy) she even gave me the location and the staff was great! read more

Stopped at Auto Zone in Parkland 112th/Pacific..... I needed new wipers and valve stem covers ......the employee Samuel looked up what I needed and showed me the wipers and valve stem covers and then went outside, put the wipers on, noticed one of the wipers was not correct....he took it off...and brought out another wiper which fit perfectly...oh, and he put the valve stem covers on too! ..GREAT service....fun and happy employee....thanks Samuel, you made my day! read more

Brian one of the autozone employees is so AMAZING. I came in to get coolent cause my car was overheating out of nowhere. Brian then came out asking if I needed help. As we looked to see where the leak was Brian noticed that my alternator belt wasn't even on which caused my car to overheat, he then helped install a new one on and now my car is working fine. I am very thankful for Brian for taking the time to help me. read more

I went in for a coolant hose, staff was lazy, dismissive, saying I can only get that part from dealership. They didn't even bother looking. So I went to O'Reilly down the street. They knew what part it was immediately and helped me find a hose similar in size that would work. Next time I know to go to O'Reilly first. read more
