I had to have it towed to my mechanic where he found the alternator purchased from them was bad. Per my mechanic, that was my first mistake. He added that they had horrible customer service and they weren't going to like me telling them their part was bad. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! They did not want to give me a refund; stating that their policy is no refunds on parts that were already installed. How was I supposed to know it was bad before installing??? I had to argue with them and they stated they had to confirm their alternator was bad. They were supposed to contact me the next morning, but instead they avoided me. They eventually ended up refunding me my money and stated they had it tested and it was good. But my car worked perfectly fine with a new alternator from Tucson Alternator where they tested the old one and confirmed it was bad. They also charged me a 15% restocking fee.... for their BAD alternator!!! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, a week without my car, a tow fee of $130 and labor for my mechanic when it could've been fixed that same day in their parking lot if their part was good; they were the ones upset at me. Horrible experience. Highly recommend everywhere else except COST LESS!

The initial employee was able to run the diagnostic code but was not very helpful in interpreting the results or next steps. I brought my Honda Pilot in for a catalytic converter issue, and from day one the problem was never resolved. Vino claimed he replaced my catalytic converter, yet my check engine light never turned off. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the issue, he kept pushing me to replace parts that were never the problem; O2 sensors, spark plugs, timing belt with a full install kit--costing me thousands of dollars. After all that, my car was still exactly the same. Every time I brought the car back, he would point to a new issue instead of addressing the catalytic converter. He even claimed that someone removed material from my catalytic converter which is impossible because no one touched it except him. I later took my car to the dealership for a proper diagnosis, and they confirmed that Vino installed an aftermarket catalytic converter that did NOT fit my car properly. It caused a small exhaust leak and was even touching the shaft. That's why the problem never went away. This was the wrong part for my vehicle. To make things worse, the last time I dropped my car off, he suddenly claimed my battery wasn't starting. That made no sense because I drove the car to his shop with zero issues. After he touched it, the car wouldn't start even after trying to jump it. I honestly don't know what he did, but every time he works on my car, something new magically "breaks." I immediately took the car to AutoZone near his shop, and they tested the battery. The battery was perfectly fine and did not need replacement. Bottom line: this shop is dishonest. Vino will gaslight you, upsell unnecessary repairs, install incorrect parts, and never fix the real issue. I dropped my car off multiple times and nothing was ever fixed. And now, he doesn't wanna take my car and fix it even I still have the warranty on him. He just left my car high and dry. I definitely take this to legal matters. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.
