My pricey Oral B electronic toothbrush battery has needed replacing for awhile. I tried looking up…read morethe replacement battery online and found that it required soldering--forget that! I decided not even to attempt it. Surely, the Battery Giant should be able to handle something like that. They had to have done hundreds. Nope. In fact, I'm not sure they have done any. Anyway, I got a call saying to bring in the charger because it had a wrench for opening the handle. I brought it to them. The next call was to tell me they can't replace the battery, and I should come pick it up. Okay, I'll have to figure out something else. Not so fast...I receive another call saying they got it and should have it ready for pickup the next day. Cool! But when I go to pick it up, I find that they have completely stripped the little wrench on the charger and the opening in the base of the handle. To get it open, they cut a couple notches so they could use a chisel to twist it open. Then the person I had been dealing with this entire time says that the wrench was like that when I brought it in. Are you kidding me?!?! I didn't even know there was a wrench on the charger. This is a problem. I paid my bill and left. Hopefully, the new battery lasts a good long time. Bottom line: Enter at your own risk. I will not be back. And some advice for Battery Giant? Hire people you can trust will tell the truth and have some backbone to admit when they do something wrong.

Just for them to try to charge me before saying he basically didn't want to help me install them. As soon as I walked in O'Reilly I was greeted by all 3 staff members. Was in the store about 2 minutes before Herman started working on my car. Fast, productive, friendly staff. I had my one year old daughter with me and they were all so friendly and helpful. I truly believe any one of these positive comments are false and made up or paid for. To the "manager" mocking my disability, to him then mocking my branch of service. He clearly has never nor could serve a day in his life. So disappointed in the lack of customer service, and if that's what they putting in manager positions they need to reevaluate their policies and manger placement or hiring.

The lifetime warranty that is complained about elsewhere is actually a good deal and I've found all locations honor it. It depends on your key fob. I have one in which the battery lasts forever so I didn't get the warranty on that one, but the other fob the battery drains every couple of months or so and this has been totally worth it.

My original review couldn't have been more clear, it's annoying when a business is locked up when its posted hours indicate it should be open. Nothing complicated about that. I was already frustrated that I showed up to find it was closed, now you want me to waste more time to call you and tell you again, the place was closed during open business hours? You don't need me to go over "appropriate solutions" you just need to make sure the posted hours match the times the door are unlocked. Instead of having a whole "Customer Care Team," why not move a couple members of this team to this store so it can be open when the schedule on the door says the store is open? Or does the Customer Care team just not care about that?
