They had a good crisp to them and a good crunch, but needed a tad more salt. The fry portion was also much larger, so next time, I would just stick with the chicken. The free kimchi was standard and decent. This was a perfectly decent Korean chicken spot. If it were any closer to a Korean neighborhood, I doubt it would be doing well, but there is a distinct lack of Korean places nearby outside of the primarily takeout spot, which doesn't specialize at all in chicken. It fills a niche, and I would likely at some point stop in again to try their Korean chicken sandwich or their plain chicken to try more of their sauces.

Throughout the meal, there was a persistent effort to upsell, with subtle nudges towards premium cuts and additional side dishes. While upselling is a common practice, the frequency and insistence at 02 bordered on discomfort, leaving me questioning the authenticity of their recommendations. Adding to my unease was the pricing structure. The menu, while offering a variety of options, came with a hefty price tag. The cost of each dish and the per-person charge for the barbecue experience seemed disproportionately high, especially considering that similar establishments in the area offered comparable quality at a more reasonable cost. I ordered the rice cakes, veggie bento box and veggie pancakes. I don't consider the food to be authentic korean. Rice cake was spicy, but it was kind of tough. Veggie bento box was not good. Veggies had a charred/burnt taste, the lettuce for salad were wilted & no salad dressing. The side dishes were dry and tiny portions. I ordered the veggie pancake. I've never had it with red and green pepper as ingredients, so that was different. They were soggy and not crispy at all. Prices are high for below average food. Very disappointing read more

The dishes themselves were great, but according to my boyfriend, quality has dropped here quite a bit over the years. Came with side dishes and rice. The owner was nice enough to give us a steamed egg on the house. They had two grills working for us so we can have all the food at once. They were so attentive and kept serving us. The food was really good and the lunch special was so worth it. It's clean and spacious inside. The vent works extremely well where your clothes don't come out leaving with a meat smell.
