The location is great - conveniently located by the Olive Garden right across from Lakeline Mall - super easy to get to via 183, 620 or 45 Toll. The massage therapists are top notch. I've been to two different therapists and both have completely different, but equally excellent techniques. Shaina is GREAT! You won't regret getting a massage from her. What I like best about this place is there's no commitment! They don't lock you into a contract and auto-debit you each month. You get their reasonable pricing all the time. Sometimes they even run specials that give you an even bigger discount. How cool is that? I also like that they have many therapists so the availability of appointments is great - not "OK...next week at 4:30...blah blah blah"...they can accommodate nearly every schedule! I had an Extended Chiropractic Appt with Dr. Billy Merlot. 100%, hands down, best chiropractic experience I've ever had!!! Dr. Billy took a lot of time to explain how he works, he made me feel very comfortable. He did soft tissue work on my neck before adjusting, which I really appreciated. It's always so nerve wracking having your neck adjusted! He gave me advice for stretches to help my issues, he didn't seem rushed, he took his time. It was amazing! I went yesterday and today my posture is so much better! I have been dealing with text neck and have had horrible neck pain do to forward head position and horrible posture. I'm shocked at how much better it is today. I will most definitely be back!!! read more

It's hard to review this place because they have so many different massage therapists there. So most of my review is based on the aspects of the place (other than the massage itself). I had a Groupon, and after seeing how many they sold, I was afraid that getting an appointment was going to be difficult. That wasn't the case. I even had to reschedule due to a death in the family. They were very polite and it was no problem. They even sent me a text message reminder right before my massage.... although I probably wasn't going to forget something I was really looking forward to. The location was very clean and modern. I didn't have any problems hearing people in the halls, but I did have a really talkative massage therapist. So she may have been blocking the other noise. Oh how I wish that massages were cheaper so that I could get them more often. After tip, it can really add up! read more

Today I needed a last minute appt -just 1/2 an hour to work out shoulder tension. I booked online (very convenient) and got in just fine. OMG! A most excellent massage by Doug. I already booked my next one for 2 hours. I have good (and bad) massages here. I had a few "meh"in a row, and considered not returning... but, Oak Haven tends to hire better therapists than other large places AND they are so convenient. Today, I was wowed from booking to walking out the door. I feel great, and there is nothing more important, that impacts my whole day more than the quality of how I feel. I had issues booking my appointment online so I called after hours and left a message. The very next day I received a call (before they opened) to assist me and book my appointment. I arrived early where I was greeted by everyone and offered tea or water. My masseuse, Eddie, came to get me and also greeted me. Eddie was friendly, gentle and his dropping technique was perfect. I love Oak Haven Massage and have a monthly membership there. I had a membership at Massage Envy but they were short staffed and booked out for awhile so I am glad I found this place. I've been going for almost a year now and the massages have been really helpful since I have some pain in my shoulders and back. It's good to try different masseuses until you find the best match then stick with them. Also, if you don't want to talk during the massage make sure to tell them that upfront. I bet I'm not the 1st person to have a horrible experience with "mean" Mary at this place. I mentioned it to my coworkers and one stood up and said, "you talkin bout Mary!?" OMG! Seriously? Worst massage EVER! She was basically pushing me out the door and bitched about how an hour is just a tease for the body. The table was all jacked up as the face pad was warped and the metal base dug into my cheek bone as she grinds her elbow into my neck. I explained before, I needed thighs done, but she never put me on my back. I asked for feet but she said there was no time left and was yawning the entire time. Then she gave me a "psh" as i walked out asking questions. She did not want to be there. She's unprofessional and needs to take a break and go have that baby. Don't go to this place. It's Busch league and no one should have to pay money to get relaxation; only to be stressed out after. bs! read more

She customizes each massage to her clients needs to relieve their pain and soreness. She can find knots applies the proper pressure. I always request Thu Kieu because of her expertise. Yeah! Massage was awesome! I went with someone based on availability. Tom was great. I went wit a full body deep tissue and it was perfect. I didn't leave there sore but also felt very relaxed and like he had worked through some of the issues I was having. He was very polite and very courteous. He gave me an assessment of where I was at that felt very accurate and not like a sales pitch. I went back for a neck shoulder specific massage and he uncovered years of tension in my neck / shoulder / rotator cuff. Very painful but felt so much relief when finished.
