    Fajita omelette with potatoes.
    Paul C.

Better than average place for breakfast and brunch. Clean, well-organized, with good service. They do brunch well with a variety of tasty options. Never had a bad meal here. Most recently had an omelette that was very good. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful with questions about allergens and dietary restrictions.

The host was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately the service went downhill from there. Our server didn't seem very interested in being there and wasn't particularly attentive. It took about 30 minutes for our food to arrive, and when it finally did, I had to ask for utensils. She never checked on our table, offered drink refills, or asked how everything was. The only time she came back was to drop off the check. As for the food, it was average at best. Nothing really stood out, and some of the potatoes and bell peppers were burnt. While it wasn't terrible, it definitely wasn't worth the wait. And yes, I finished my food despite not loving it, food is expensive these days, and I'm not about to let it go to waste. Overall, not the experience I was hoping for, and I don't see myself rushing back.

I went here for Sunday brunch to celebrate my aunt's birthday. We had a larger group of 12 and called ahead but they said they did not do reservations. I arrived a bit earlier than the crew and we were graciously seated in the private back room by the owner, I presume, which had a view and private entrance onto the patio. There was one large table that fit our entire group and also a smaller table on the side which my kids dubbed the kid's table and didn't allow the adults to sit at. Their menu was quite large with lots of options to please everyone. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and pancakes and waffles "to share" with the table, but really for me to not look like a big back! There was a kid's menu as well and my girls devoured their chicken tenders and fries and their Jr. breakfast plate. Food was very good and this could have been a 5 star review, however I think we were forgotten about by the staff since we were in the back room. Out of sight out of mind I guess! It already started badly when the server brought out most of the drinks but not the mimosas that were ordered. Understandable if the drinks were poured at the bar instead. But 20 min later, the server came back and said they were out of the guava juice and asked us to pick a different flavor. Then I didn't get my mimosa for another 15 after that! Also, we waited about 45-60 minutes for our food to come out and it came out sporadically with no rhyme or reason. Not in the order it was ordered, even the same dish for two people sitting side by side came out at 10 min apart. The bummer was one person ordered an eggs Benedict with no onions, which was the last plate to come out after an hour, and there were onions in his side of potatoes. It was way too late by then to wait for a new one to be made and truly disappointing. Unfortunately the service was lacking that day and the owner avoided eye contact and ignored me when I said good bye and thank you as I was leaving. Which was quite different from how friendly he was before. I could really love this place if the service, on a busy Sunday brunch, was improved.

The ambience is perfect for lunch, brunch, and anytime they're open! Cozy seats, and a lovely seating area outside when it warms up. The food was absolutely delicious with so many options and fresh squeezed orange juice. The service was amazing and fast. I had a wonderful brunch here the other day and was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely try this place again!

One of my favorite spots to go to! The food quality is great and they have the most delicious and unique alcoholic drinks that everybody needs to try! The view is amazing and their customer service is 10/10. Highly recommend.

We had breakfast here. We had omelettes they were great. They also have a large selection of crapes and next time I will try one. The service was quick and friendly. It over looks a small pond that makes it a very relaxing place to enjoy the meal and embrace the country surroundings.

This was our first time and the menu is what intrigued us. They have a vast menu for breakfast and lunch with many versatile options. When we arrived, we were greeted, sat and attended to right away. The ambience is very nice. It's family friendly. They have nice windows looking out to the pond. They even have a separate party room for seating up to 20 for a private event. When our food arrived it sealed the deal. I ordered the Monterey Chicken Sandwich and fries (see photo). The presentation was great. The flavors were delicious and the fries... oh my goodness they were so good! My husband ordered the Cobb Salad with Grilled Chicken and a side of Sweet Potato Fries. Everything was delicious. The food was fresh and well worth the cost. The prices are pretty reasonable. I am already looking forward to our next visit! We'll be back soon!

You'd be forgiven for thinking you were in the wrong place or about to make a mistake and put yourself into a sketchy place. We looked around for a more "realistic" entry way not knowing the most realistic entry way is one that looks like a back door to a closed vacuum or furniture storefront. That's exactly the point. You knock. Immediately, the door opens. A man in a cowboy hat looks you over. He doesn't wear a name tag. He doesn't need one. He asks, "You have something to say?" If you've done your homework, and say the right thing, the door stays open. You're in. I do not know what happens if you do not have the word. What follows is less a bar and more a pocket of time. The interior is small but well conceived. The bar sits directly at the entrance, flanked by a few standing guests and several small tables. Beyond that, the space opens up into a lounge with seating for six to eight, and a longer bench-style area for a dozen or so. The walls are dark, the lighting low. It's the kind of place that feels like it remembers what Prohibition was, even if most of us never lived it. It felt like walking onto a movie set where we might be extras, and the main characters would enter and play out a scene. It was a perfect example of a speak easy in full swing. Even the glassware was legitimate. The decor is intentional. Books tucked into corners. Stags mounted on the wall. Nothing feels store-bought or trendy. It's immersive without trying too hard. The seats were not overstuffed contemporary types nor were the tables or even foot stools. They all looked like they came from a speak easy back in the day. About the only thing that did not look like the real thing were the patrons, as they were dressed casually, and of course the iPhones. I suppose that would have caused quite a ruckus during prohibition! Conversations are constant, layered over each other and laughter. It gets loud, but not obnoxious. There's a rhythm to the space that holds. My suggestion is to not go at 7pm on a Saturday and hope to get a prized table, couch or seat. Now, to the drinks. House Divided serves anything you ask for, but they lean into the theme. Classic cocktails done right. Throwbacks with historical lean. Creative new entries like lavender martinis that aren't just gimmicks. Each drink feels made by someone who knows what they're doing and takes pride in the process. This is not vodka-soda speed bar territory. It's craft, and it shows. I did not see a bottle of ocean spray anywhere, but what I did see were large glass bottles labeled with the juice or concoction held within. The little details are obvious! If I were to translate my usual framework:    *   Ambiance and Service: 4 stars (it can get loud and if you are here to have a conversation it will be difficult)    *   Quality: 5 stars- I had a simple drink - vodka and cranberry. With something "special" that the tender added. I don't know what it was, but the taste was wonderful! Way different than my standard go to!    *   Value? That depends on whether you're measuring price per ounce, or the fact that you just got to walk through a green door into another world. But in reality, 5 stars. Do I wish for more seating? Yes. Perhaps more quiet? Yes. But if it were those things, would it be the same? No. My guess is going on a Saturday at 7pm is going to be a bit crowded, and loud. That's my fault, and testament to their quality. Next, I found the staff to be great! Even the doorman gave it character, cowboy hat and boots and all! Great experience!

Who doesn't love the idea of a speakeasy?? We decided to head to Roseville in pursuit of a secret place. We found the secret door, knocked, and a young man answered. He asked for the password. Unfortunately I am not on social media and that's where you're supposed to find it. Bummer! I decided to use my own password. It worked and we entered the inner sanctum. It was a cool, smallish place with nice decor. The bar was the first thing we saw. I looked around to see a few tables and couches to the left. It was pretty early and there were only a few people there so we got a cozy little table in front of a velvety couch. I went to the bar where a burly tattooed OG bartender greeted me. I ordered an old fashioned and a raspberry lemon drop. My old fashioned was done very well. I'm on an old fashioned kick right now and love to try them at different places that look like they know how to make them. This one was really good. My friend wasn't so keen on her lemon drop, saying the lavender was a bit overpowering. We had another round and this time she had something different that she enjoyed. My second old fashioned was just as good as the first. It was getting later and more people happened to have the password and it was getting crowded. We were done, paid the tab, which wasn't bad considering how most speakeasy's can be pretty pricy. Overall, it was a great experience, the place was nice, friendly, and the drinks were done well. You can imagine my happiness when I stumbled upon this bar/gaming room with the funny German sounding name when I realized it was a glorified pinball arcade room that also served beer. This place is straight amazing-50+ of the greatest pinball machines are available to play. They do use the "game-card" system to pay for these games, which can make playing these games way too easy-games tend to cost about $1 a game in game credits to play, which is far more than I paid when I was an 8 year old kid but then again, that was 45 years ago. They have a pretty solid beer selection-beers tend to go for anywhere between $7-$8 a beer-not too bad in my opinion.Though they do offer a pretty unique item called "Das Boot" which is a pretty large boot that cost $40 and comes with a fill up at time of purchase and 20% off on future fill ups-though not sure what the original cost of a fill up is exactly. One massive upgrade I've learned in the pinball world is nowadays you can download an app by Stern Inc,the majority manufacturer of most of the popular pinball machines and you can register your pinball play and it will keep tabs of everywhere u play and all the scores u achieved on the various pinball machines-I really enjoyed this feature-I only wish they had this when I was in my prime of pinball play when I was a youth.
