The Dempster site team was just terrific. I was at first reluctant to have my badly damaged car repaired by a business officially required by the insurance carrier (the insured hit my car) to provide the initial repair estimate. But when I arrived at Caliber, I found a big,bright, clean garage, techs very busy, and a great office staff. All 4 days they worked on my car, they notified me of their progress on each of those days. They made sure I had an Enterprise rental that arrived at Caliber right away once I left my car there. When repairs were completed, my car exterior had been washed, interior looked cleaner than when I left it there, a few dings not affected by the rear-ending collision had been removed, new rear body part replacement color was exact. I brought my car here after a car accident, referral from my insurance Geico. Was hesitant at first going somewhere new, but I am so glad I did. They were patient, professional and really easy to work with. They kept me up to date on the progress of my car. Dealt directly with insurance and rental car company so took away the stress of me dealing with it. The quality of work was also really great! My first impression upon arriving was that my car had been towed to a junkyard. They leave their lot unlocked at night which means anyone could walk in there and mess with the cars parked there. I have been waiting for 4 weeks now to receive my car back from this body shop. I never received an update on the car and had to call multiple times just to find out when I would get it back. The lack of communication between the general manager (John Giardino) and the insurance adjustor that works in their office is truly astounding. After being initially quoted for a $500 deductible, I was informed, on the day of picking up my car, that I had to pay $1000. This is all because two people who work in the same office couldn't communicate effectively. I do not recommend coming here. The service is slow, the front desk lady (Lee) seems confused constantly and the general manager will treat you with disrespect regardless if it was his mistake or not. read more
