I can't say enough good things about Mo! He has got to be the one of the most exceptional people I have ever encountered in my life. His kindness and much needed help made my day (or month, or maybe even year). He came out to fix our car window, which was stuck half way up. It was pouring rain outside, and he rushed down to our house to do the work. He diagnosed the problem, and told us that the labor would only cost $50. He then went and got the part that our car needed. It turned out to be the wrong part, so he drove back to his supplier, and rushed back to our house to work in the rain. He then fixed our window. The part only cost us $40. He only charged us the $50 for labor he had quoted us in the beginning. But here is the astonishing thing about Mo. When he came out to examine our window, I pointed out a massive dent (it was really more of a crater...before and after pics included in this post) in our door, and asked if he knew anyone who could fix it for a reasonable price. He gave me the name of a guy that might be able to do it. Based on a bit of online research, my partner and I surmised that the repair would cost us at least a grand (which would have taken us a year or two to save up). But when Mo came back with the part, he zeroed in on the dent, and used a suction device on it that is usually employed to pull up a stuck window. He pulled about 90% of the dent out! And he refused to let us pay him for it! He said that all he cares about is that his customers are happy! I swear, I could have hugged him! We had been a bit heart broken when our car was dented so severely. When our window stopped working, we decided that 2019 was just going to suck. My truck was broken into Thursday night, scumbag thief smashed my rear window (completely ignoring my alarm) and stole 2 bags with nothing really in them (haha A-hole!). Needed new factory tint glass first thing in the morning before it rains this weekend. At 7:30 AM I sent 4 estimate requests through Yelp and Oasis was the lowest of all eventual quotes for cash price and very quick to respond. I agreed to the price through messaging and Murtada said he could be at my house between 8-9 AM. He gave me a call at 8:20 to let me know he obtained the glass and was on the way. Murtada arrived shortly thereafter, surveyed the damage and showed me the replacement glass. Good to go. He thoroughly cleaned up as much of the broken glass as possible and installed the new glass in about an hour. We tested the power windows and locks to ensure the door panel was properly reinstalled and did the transaction deed. Murtada is prompt, professional, super nice, and local. Also, he warranties his work for life. Happy with the cost and service, definitely would call him again, and I think he'd probably beat the lowest competitor quote. My only feedback from the appointment: after the glass was replaced, I had to clean off duct tape adhesive from the temporary cardboard window on the door with WD40. They quoted me a competitive price and did a mobile repair at my house after my car was broken into. Because the window had popped off the slider, which took all of an 2 extra minutes to pop back on, they surprised me with a $30 extra charge. And they left a small amount of broken glass in the bottom of my door, which I now hear every time I shut the door. The inner door panel was also not properly put back on and there's a small gap near the door handle. Unfortunately I cannot recommend these guys despite their good reviews. read more
