I received better customer service here than a five star restaurant! Absolutely outstanding! We ordered two breakfast sandwiches on bagels and a cold brew coffee. We waited for our food at a table outside and when it was delivered, the staff noticed the meat and cheese was transposed onto the opposite bagel choices and was going to bring them back. We were fine reassembling them ourselves and appreciated the offer. I added sugar free vanilla syrup to my cold brew and it was great. The prices were in the high end, but it was WELL worth it due to the high quality ingredients and epic customer service.

I originally rated this place with 5 stars. We came back here for breakfast and coffee. I ordered a cappuccino and a latte with coffee grounds was served. I took it back to the young girl dressed in pajamas to remake it. The second cappuccino came out and it was NOT EVEN a latte....no foam and Luke warm, it took about 15min too and no one was in there. I opted for a cold brew because it seems like you havnt trained your employees on how to make various coffee drinks. If you're going to offer lattes/cappuccinos/frappes... teach your staff the difference between them. NO ONE SHOULD PAY FOR A 4-5$ coffee if you don't know what you're doing. Make it worth the money and I don't mind paying 6$ for a coffee. Train your staff on coffee drinks PLEASE or don't serve it

Fresh egg cooked made to order. Bagels are soft but chewy and the toppings are on the lighter side but still very flavorful. Jalepeno cream cheese has good flavor, seems like a plain cream cheese with chopped pickled (jarred Jalepeno) which creates a vinegar bite. Bagels are thicker and smaller but have good air pockets. Simple menu and plenty of inside and outside seating. Offers military discount so deserves a visit if you're in the area!! Service was quick but expect a minute if you order with an egg as it's made fresh.

Oasis Bagels is by far the best bagels in Arizona. I have been coming here for five years and I am never disappointed. The bagels are made the right way (boiled then baked) and all of them are delicious. Their crumb cake is to die for as well. All my guests ask to go here when they are in town. read more

Not much to say about this place. The service was good with the labels on the breakfast sandwich were hard and the baseboards and floor were filthy. Everybody raved about it that I met up here in Estrella Mountain Ranch. I don't get it I don't think I'll ever go back there again. They need to clean the floors and clean the cooking area. read more

These are the best bagels I have had! Made fresh daily and have great spreads from cream cheese! Coffee drinks are very delicious as well. I like to run a train on the chocolate chip bagel with the chocolate chip cream cheese spread...Nyum, Nyum, Nyum! We are in from Chicago this week and this bagel place is LEGIT! The bagels are baked fresh daily and cream cheeses are all made in house w tons of unique options! The jalapeño cream cheese was our favorite. We bought a bag of bagel chips to go with it and snacked on that all week! We met the owner Jerry who was so friendly & passionate about his business! We went back later in the week on a Saturday & they were busy!! The high school aged kids working were so kind, fast, & professional! Also - the crumb cake is AMAZING! Local bagel/coffee shop. Always busy-wait time could be a bit better. Stopped by the other day on family bike trip and had to wait ++ for drinks/food. Limited inside seating and some additional seating outside. Closes at 2:00PM wish they were open longer on weekends. read more

Holy Moses ! New York has arrived in Arizona! Never would I have believed that you could get a great bagel outside of New York but boy am I wrong! This place rocks! Simply the most delicious bagels anywhere in the states! The staff here is awesome as well. As a visitor here I was so impressed by their demeanor and wonderful warm welcome I received when I walked in. Everyone's greeted by name if they know you, or if they don't by a nice smile. That is something unique to here as you can't always get that in NY. If you are anywhere near this place definitely stop in and get ready for a delicious time ! read more

This business is under new management. The food is fresh and tasty, the staff is extremely friendly. Unfortunately the new Owner did not wear a mask when working the cashier and when speaking less than 6' away from customers but her staff did. Also, they are not practicing safe distancing guidelines. The waiting area was full and there were no floor markings telling people where to stand, and they did limit how many people could be inside at one time. Did not see COVID guidelines on the door. read more

I used to stop by Oasis every Wednesday before school to get a bagel, the owner was extremely friendly and the bagel sandwiches were delicious, wish I could say the same about my current visit. My friend and I stopped by early morning to order bagel sandwiches and coffee today. The bagel sandwiches were extremely dry and cold. Coffee was not great and the prices were a bit high for the quality. My friend and I studied for a bit outside while eating. The manager and an employee passed by us, and as the manager passed he said "really doing school work at my business" in a rude tone. The employee then turned around and stated "I'm sorry he's an a**". I was extremely taken back by the managers comment. It was unprofessional, my friend and I were paying customers and spent close to $20 for a bagel sandwich and small coffee each. The manager was extremely rude and the food was terrible for the price. There has been a noticeable decline in food quality and customer service. I will not be returning again and I will pass the message on to fellow estrella resident to not support a business with such rude management. read more

We're moving a friend close to here from San Diego. I'm so glad we found it! Even though it was busy, we were greeted with a smile and did not feel rushed at all. Very pleasant and helpful staff. I was very intrigued because of the quality of ingredients here. I'm not able to eat out a lot without feeling sick. This place did not make me feel bad at all! The bagels and cream cheese were so fresh and delicious! We got a dozen and everyone devoured them. We also got a donut, Coffee cake, and cinnamon roll. I highly recommend it all! Although if you're looking for something a little less sweet but still more like dessert, get the cinnamon toast bagel... my absolute fav. We also got a large latte and a dirty chai latte. Usually when I get large lattes they don't put enough espresso in them. But that was not the case. They made it so creamy and delicious!! And I don't usually get a dirty chai but they have special chai they use and I almost stole my sisters drink from her. We will definitely be back every time we visit Arizona! read more

Love Oasis!!! The food is great and the people are super friendly. The Oasis Classic is the best breakfast sandwich, but everything is yummy. You should expect a wait on a weekend morning, but it's definitely worth it. Or you can call your order in ahead of time, and they'll have it ready when you get there. read more

Check your order before you leave! I ordered pastrami with mustard and specifically NO sauerkraut.When I got home what I had was pastrami, sauerkraut, onions, lettuce, tomato, mayo. Bagel was so saturated with sauerkraut, which I can't stand, and onion had to throw a $10 sandwich in trash!! I called and they said "sorry about that". My first and last visit! read more

Excellent bagels and breakfast sandwiches! Everything is made fresh in house as far as bagels and flavored cream cheeses. Coffee is good, but could be better. My only complaint is how small it is. This place is always packed with customers and there is very little seating making for little room between tables and the ordering line. Hopefully they consider expanding because they really need to! read more

Our family loves this place. I read a recent review that feels they are racially biased. I don't see much of this issue as I go through my day, and I sure don't see it here. We are a racially mixed family, and the whole staff, including the couple that own the place, are always so nice to us. As for their product; top shelf! So nice to see others in the community embrace a locally owned place. Quality and friendly always wins. read more

Daily Double - Completely Incorrect Order…read more I ordered a Daily Double with extra mayo, tomato, and extra pickles, and no onions--and what I received was completely wrong. First, the sandwich only had one patty, when a Daily Double is supposed to come with two. That alone makes the order incorrect. Then the toppings: * No tomato at all, even though I specifically requested it * I asked for extra pickles, but only got a couple--not even close to "extra" * I requested extra mayo, but it was just sloppily overloaded and unevenly spread * No onions appears to have been followed, but that's about the only thing done right * Messy lettuce and poor overall assembly The sandwich looked rushed and thrown together with no attention to the actual order. Missing a patty and key toppings, plus not honoring the "extra" requests, makes this a completely incorrect build. Rating: 1/5 Wrong sandwich, missing ingredients, and sloppy execution. Not even close to what was ordered.

Intended to pick up a breakfast meal although the coffee was the real motivation. It took 20 minutes to get through the drive thru and that was for 4 cars. It is hard to understand what took so long. The order was placed rather quickly but paying and picking up food took forever. I'm not a fan of the covered drive thru windows because I can't see what's going on in the prep of my drink or food but the fun the workers were having behind the pick up window may explain the long wait. Music, laughing, conversation - everything but filling orders. So I was irritated because this set me up for arriving late. Now the food, don't bother. The breakfast bagel was cold, egg was slimy and room temperature at best and the dollop of seasoning cream was placed in the hole of the bagel so it squirted out on the 1st bite. Freshness and assembly are rated an F. Top it off with my coffee being lumpy and sour. When I lifted the lid, the cream had curdled (gone sour, not fresh) and was not edible. Disgusting. If I could give this entire experience 0, I would. Someone needs to close the doors and start this location over, from the top. My suggestion ... keep driving.

I had high expectations for this place based on the reviews, but I was pretty disappointed. I ordered an Asiago bagel with sausage,egg and cheese. First off their version of "Asiago" is slapping a slice of cheese on a bagel. It was greasy and the cheese came right off the top. I also ordered a large iced vanilla latte and it was not good at all. I don't know if they forgot the vanilla completely or just used low grade coffee. Might go to this place again just to avoid McDonald's for breakfast, but definitely not my 1st choice or 2nd, 3rd, 4th..... You get the point. read more

I have heard So many wonderful things about this shop, that I decided to head over and check it out. The bagels are FANTASTIC!! The texture is perfect! Everyone working was so friendly and helpful! The young woman working at the counter provided delicious suggestions about their iced coffee, which she explained was cold brewed - I loved it! I cannot wait to go back.
