They didn't have them ready until after five on a Friday. Also pressed three of them the right way, and one of them flat. (The wrong way) all four of the shorts are the same material same style just different color and for some reason, they pressed one different and that makes no sense....[[HIGHLIGHT]]The lady that does alterations that also works in the front has no personality very rude.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I went to check to see if they were done early. She grabbed my receipt and underlined that they will be done on Friday after 5 which they close at 6, so it only gives you an hour no matter what you're doing to go pick them up they give you one hour before closing for you to pick up your items.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]... This is the third time I've had a problem with this cleaners. I will never be back and just to put it out there. Don't trust them. They don't care. They just want your money. please be aware of this business when you take your expensive, brand name items for alteration or dry cleaning. We took my husband's Fendi suit to get dry cleaned, but instead, it got the broken buttons and ripped pants. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The person in charge refused at first to fix the buttons but later agreed to replace them.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] As for the pants, they used harsh chemicals that destroyed the fine Fendi suit fabric by leaving few holes on the leg part. We informed the person in charge who said will fix it. Instead of fixing it, they decided to sew it with thread and made it look even worse. It looked like a big hole was patched up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I spoke to the employee and informed I wasn't going to take it like that. He agreed to remove the bad stitching.Long story short, employees spoke in Spanish thinking I won't understand, but I did. They have always done a very good job and their prices are very reasonable (other dry cleaners charge crazy prices). First time I tried out these cleaners since the place I use to go to is no longer in business and I regret not reading the reviews before going. I took our clothes to get pressed. I was in a rush so I quickly paid, grabbed my items and left. When I got home I noticed a huge burn stain on one of our shirts. I know for a fact I did not take my clothes looking like this. The least they could've done was acknowledge they burnt and ruined my shirt when picking it up. Very disappointing. Won't be going back here, that's for sure. 0/10 would not recommend. When I returned that night at 6:20pm to address the issue the shop was already closed even though it says they close at 7pm on Yelp. read more

I'm a short gal and 95% of my pants fit me long which is annoying, BUT knowing this lady does wonders to my pants, making them look as if that is how I bought them is what allows me to be ok with the long pants. I wrote about this business in FEB 2018. I was in a rush so I went back in OCT-I know the tailor does good work despite the other problems associated with this place. Turns out the joke is on me. The tailor never was very friendly and isn't a wordsmith; she'll just look at you until you speak. When she does speak, you may get the impression that you and her are not on the same page. So, I come back for my two pairs of pants 9 days later and she didn't make a single stitch! She told me she forgot what I requested and didn't bother to make a phone call in that time to ask me what I needed. When I left in a huff-no, miss lady, you don't get to keep my pants in perpetuity-she glared at me as though I was the devil himself. I have used them a few times with at least 5 pair of pants and shirts at a time and something always comes back not cleaned. Today I went to pick up pants that should have been tailored with a cuffed and they were done straight. I told the trailer and she argues back at me saying I didn't tell her that. I told her I did and I don't even own a pair of pants don't like that and as proof I showed her all the other clothes I was picking up that all been tailored the same way I know I asked Then she attempted to keep my pants thinking I didn't want them anymore because she messed them up as they were brand new pants with the tags still on them. Worst experience ever! I have been coming to this place for over 10 years and the last few times they have completely dropped the ball. They never have your clothes ready when they are supposed to be and customer service is horrible. They make BS excuses and give you attitude when they are 100% at fault. Save yourself the headache and do not go here. Place is a joke. There is a 50/50 chance your clothes will not be done when they are suppose to be. I have had to have to take clothes back because stains appeared where they weren't before they got there. PLEASE STAY AWAY! VERY SKETCHY BUSINESS! The seamstress at this place was extremely rude when I first approached this business. Not only did she respond unprofessionally (non-verbally, smacking her lips) she wasn't very helpful. When it came to the actual cleaners, I was told my clothes would be ready Monday afternoon. However, when I arrived to pick my clothes up they weren't ready and I was asked to return in two days. Upon picking my clothes up, the worker took about 5 minutes to "gather" my clothes when typically my order should've been all together. Once I paid I rushed out and when I got home I realized my expensive sweater was missing!! When I finally realized I was missing an item, I called and of course the business was closed. Finally I got a hold of them and I was told "my tag came off" but that didn't make sense as all of the other tags they attach were stapled onto my clothing. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I took a jacket and specifically asked if it would be ok to leave it , the guy at the counter said yes it'll be fine. I picked up my clothes and realized that I was missing the jacket when I got home. I called to let them know and they never answered I was finally able to get a hold of somebody the next day and they said they would call me back. I received a voicemail later on that day saying that the jacket had been ruined and was beyond repair. I called back hoping to talk to somebody about replacing the jacket and again they took my number said they would call back and never did. Days later I was finally able to talk to somebody who said they would only give me 50% credit of what my jacket was worth to use with them. After the lack of communication and getting the run around for 2 wks I would never recommend this place to anybody they truly do have horrible service and don't seem to take accountability for their actions. I've been going here for years! I live in Santa Monica where dry cleaning prices are very high so I go to this cleaners when I run errands in the valley. Great prices and good service. The seamstress is very nice, she did a great job every time I needed something fixed and charged very reasonable price. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that it probably doesn't provide "green" cleaning which is so popular on the West side but hey the prices are great. Also just like any dry cleaners, if you specifically want something dry cleaned that doesn't have dry clean only tag, just make sure you tell them, otherwise I think it gets washed. So like your dark jeans and shirts that you don't want to fade. read more

Horrible. Only 1/5 of the staff speaks English. They promise clothing will be done same day if dropped off by 10am, but I have returned the NEXT day after dropping clothes off by that time and been made to wait for them to clean my clothing while I stood by in realization that I was going to be very late for work. Clothes are rarely ready by the time they promise, and when they are, stains are still clearly visible. I just dropped off three shirts to have cleaned and 3 pants for hemming, 2 of which needed repair. Although the pants had just been washed before drop-off, they dry cleaned them anyway even though they were told not to, and they "repaired" all 3 and stated all 3 needed repair. I did not ask for 3 pants to be repaired, but they did the extra work on their own and when I refused to pay for services I had not requested, they would not give me my clothing back. Towards the end, I was told that I would only have to pay for cleaning on the shirts and not the pants, but they charged in full once my credit card was in the cashier's hand. Unethical people who will try to find anyway to make an extra buck even if it means conjuring up unnecessary work. The 3rd pair of pants they "repaired" on this visit had been fixed by them a few months before--so they opened their own seam just to re-sew and charge me again? Worse then a used car salesperson. read more
