Outstanding new boba place in Temecula! So friendly, tasty and fun. The boba is fresh and all of the drinks are outstanding. They have a lot of vegan options and non-dairy options which is really cool! The ambiance is very nice and the interior small, but very clean. Nice and cozy little love seat and chairs. They have two workers scheduled and have a line of 4 plus because they rely on an iPad to place inaccurate orders. Order came out wrong and decided to get refunded and leave. Add on cost and price is also decently high. On top of that, the wait was over 15 min. Wouldn't recommend unless you have 30+ min to waste. It's pretty on the sweet side so If you don't have too much of a sweet tooth I recommend 50% sweetness! Holy moly- Loved the specialty drinks. Highly recommend the "Love at First Sight"- drink was made by the sweetest worker ever. She let me reduce the amount of rose since I'm not into floral. I dont ever give bad reviews but this place deserves one: Decided to give this place a try since it was close to a place we ate for lunch. We ordered the love potion drink and thai tea milk drink and mochi donuts. I requested for 25% sweetness for one of the love potion drinks and the other was the regular 100% sweetness. Both drinks tasted the same! The thai tea drink didnt taste like thai tea at all and it had an aftertaste. The worst would be their mochi donuts. They come in 3pcs per order and we ordered 2 sets. They were rock hard! You couldnt even bite in them. Its like they just microwaved it and allowed it to harden. It immediately went straight to the trash. Service was very slow too. we waited 30mins or more for all the things we ordered and we were the only ones there. The place also doesnt look clean. Oboba's thai milk (tea) is amazing and I normally get it without the sweet. cons. milk in order for it to be dairy free. Anytime I have gone it, they have always been consistent in their production of drinks--never have I had a bad drink there. Also, their prices are fair and are not overly expensive; they have deals and discounts for larger orders as well. We had a bad experience this time around, my daughter sat down on one of their stools and it completely collapsed on her while waiting for our drinks. She fell to the ground and the stool legs completely broke off. The worker at the time came by and didn't even ask if she was ok, he was more worried about getting the stool out of the way and hiding it. This will be the last time I return to this place and their cheap furniture. My daughter is only 7 years old and skinny. When I first moved to the area some months back, I was stoked to see a local boba shop in the area. As I was trying out all the different places in the area, I stopped by here a couple of times and it was generally solid! Good flavors, the only down side was that it only has one size for the drinks. Besides that no complaints. Until recently. In the past month I've been here on three different occasions, but left with nothing every time. On each occasion, I would stand in store looking at the options, acknowledge the employee (they never initiated), and go open to the counter to order. I begin giving the employee my complete order, including that I would like boba in each drink. Every time, they waited until I finished giving the order that they were currently all out of boba. Each time, it would be a 30-40min wait. I gave them the benefit of the doubt the two prior times, but this third time was the last straw. The place is always empty, I'm never coming in during rushes or at odd hours where food service places tend to run low on product. I've only ever seen one employee in there at a time as well. Although it is obvious that the employee are not keeping up with product levels, it's could also be a case of not having enough people in store to make sure all needs are fulfilled. It's unfortunate to say, but I will no longer give this place another chance and would rather go out of my way to go to one of the many boba chains that are in the area. read more
