Tastea is the best boba location located in the Temecula/Murrieta/Menifee area!! I always look for taste, quality, consistency, and service. I go to the area to visit my in laws on a weekly basis, and every other boba place disappoints me, but not Tastea. Parking is very tight and can be difficult at times. There's only one way into this section that's connected from the other plaza. Since Tastea is located near a taco restaurant, many patrons aren't leaving their spots yet. It's hard to do a quick pickup for boba on the weekends. Since I'm an avid Tastea customer from the OC area, I already had a loyalty account. By always ordering online ahead of time, it makes it easier to get food and drinks. My usual drinks are the Bootea Shaker, Peach Me Sweetea, the great white, or their lychee peachee. In fact, all of their fruity drinks are fantastic. If you're looking for a delicious, creamy milk tea, you can't go wrong with their Golden Milk tea. My fiancé and I always get a 32oz. since we share and it's enough for two people! We usually also order their popcorn chicken and their fries with weak sauce (aka sweet and sour) and have BBQ seasoning added. Their boba is always consistently sweet and chewy. Hardly different sizes, it ensures you know what to expect in your drink. Their popcorn chicken is always mouth watering along with their fries; it's whatever is in their tastea seasoning that has us hooked. On this trip, we ordered their pizza rolls... hard pass. It's eggroll exterior with the pizza filling that has me uncomfortable. We tried it and wasn't a fan. We also tried their peach oolong for the first time, which was also okay. I should stick to my usuals, but I felt adventurous. Overall, great consistency and pricing. We are big fans of Tastea, so don't stop the love! I have the worse experience today, 2/22/26, at this location. Placed the order through the app, and my order still not ready after 30 minutes arriving at the store. Apparently there is only one worker at the store when there is a long line of customers. Finally, there is another worker show up to help out, but instead of making orders for customers, they start to talk. I come up to ask if my order will be making, if not, I would like to cancel my order for being wait for more then 30 minutes. The girl refused to answer my question, instead she said my order is made. I didn't get my order for another 10 minutes after. I hope Tastea company share business strategies of customer service for those who want to franchise with them to avoid bad reputation of the company. Really "tastea" drinks! Probably the best boba shop in Temecula. They always make our drinks super good and we've never had any problems. The franchise has an awesome menu with great drinks so you're bound to find something you like. The cashier asked if we had a rewards account and applied our discount which I really appreciate because I always forget to ask. We waited less than 5 minutes for our drinks and it was made to perfection. The shop has a decent amount of seats compared to the other ones I've been to. The location is really convenient since it's in the shopping plaza. I've never left a bad review in my life, but this day was very unacceptable. I've been a loyal customer ever since they opened this location in Temecula and it's always been a pleasure. However, on Wednesday, March 11 the employee named Emily D. had the worst attitude towards me. I came in to buy some drinks and was not satisfied with the taste so I came back to have them remade. I asked nicely and politely. I could tell the employee was already annoyed by my request because of her facial expressions. When she turned around to go remake my drinks I had seen that she rolled her eyes. On top of that, while she was remaking them she would slam shut the refrigerators harshly. My younger son was with me the whole time. He even asked me why is she so mad? I don't like that he had to witness that type of behavior. Maybe, the employee was having a bad day, but that is no excuse to treat a paying customer poorly. After the drinks were remade she had left them at the counter for me to pick up and she walked off. She didn't bother apologizing or anything. I'm not the type of person to cause a scene, so I just left with the drinks. There are at least 5 boba stores within a mile from my house, but I drive 8 miles to Tastea to get my boba fix! I go here at least once a week - I usually order the Thai, Tiger Milk Tea or the House Special Coffee, while my husband gets the Bootea Shaker or Watermelon Heaven (when it's in season). Love that drinks come in 32 oz (because 24 oz of boba is just not enough LOL), and that you can modify sweetness, ice level, and make dairy substitutions. As for the food: Karate chicken is always delicious (with weak sauce..yum!), and the fries are crunchy and flavorful - I can't believe it's only $5/$6 because they give you a lot (definitely sharing size!). There's not a lot of seats inside, but it's always bright and clean. Parking is easy, and employees are fast, friendly, and accommodating. I highly recommend Tastea, and i'll keep coming here...unless they open another branch closer to me haha read more
