fantastic experience buying my used car from this dealership. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.. signed, sealed, and delivered faster than I expected. What really stood out was they let me test drive the car with my dog and didn't make me take a sales person with me .. honest and straightforward. There was no pressure, no games, just clear communication and great service. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and the overall experience. this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend!

Be careful with this place they well sale you a car and not want to help you with the car I've only had the car for a couple of months and it's been a nightmare sine day one and now more cause they just told me the engine has a crack and the oil has water and this dealer ship says it's not there responsibility for that please go spend your hard working money somewhere else this place is fraud

Great experience at this place. Good value and took care of what we wanted and needed. It is tough finding the right used vehicle, not usually much is curated, but they found us a fairly decent warranty for the used vehicle as well, lowering the price just enough to make the warranty a better value. So far so good... It's definitely recommended. Please tell him Frankie said you go there. Might not get you anything, but i enjoy supporting good local businesses.

Fraud alert! Buyers BEWARE!!! Boy did I dodge a bullet here... stopped by to check out the 2012 Hyundai Veloster they currently have listed. Less than 40,000 miles, single owner, car in great condition, with no known issues (so they SAY)...come to find out after a little digging that there's a MAJOR safety recall on the car. Apparently a fuse needs to be replaced on the main braking system, otherwise fluid leaks out and has been causing Veloster engines to catch fire and other electronic malfunctions. Mind you, at NO TIME did the dealer inform me of this, despite my repeated inquiries as to whether there was any important things I needed to know about the condition of the car. "Nope, the car is in great shape!" they assured me as I innocently started the car to go on a test drive. Red Flag #1 was when the car started but wouldn't move when I pressed down on the accelerator. It seemed like the car was still in park, even though it was clearly in the drive position and I was pressing on the gas pedal. I turned off the car and tried again. This time the car shifted into gear with no issue. Weird, I thought. Maybe it was just sitting too long on the lot? I later learned that this is a sign that the brake fuse leak is causing a short circuit (You know, the brake fuse that needs replaced due to national recall that I wasn't told about? The one that could lead to engine fire.) I continued on to take a short 10 minute test drive where something just seemed off about the car. The steering wheel seemed to pull slightly to the right as I was driving (almost like the frame was damaged) and the car seemed to vibrate a little too much when sitting in idol position at stop lights. According to the dealer, the tires just needed to be aligned. Hmm...I immediately decided to schedule an inspection at a later date to see what my mechanic had to say. Long story short...once I learned about the safety recall, I immediately followed up with the dealer and inquired why they hadn't mentioned this to me. I let them know that they should have this unresolved safety issue clearly listed on their advertisements, otherwise it's considered fraud. I also sent them a copy of the official recall notice which states that they're not even allowed to sell a recalled vehicle (nor present it to potential customers) without first fixing the recalled issue. No response from them of course. I'll definitely be filing formal fraud complaints against Speedline Motors with the CFPB and the BBB. Red Flag #2 was when I inquired about financing options and was told my bank (JP Morgan Chase bank) did not offer loans for used cars over 2 years old. This is downright ridiculous. And a blatant lie. I've financed 2 used cars in the past (both over 2 years old) with no issue. This was just a ploy for them to try to get me to sign up for their private lending at a high interest rate. My guess is that they saw someone who looked young and might easily be taken advantage of. Speedline Motors is a prime example of why people have become so mistrustful of used cars dealers. Seemingly kind, caring and smiling to your face when you first meet them while actively working behind the scenes to stab you in the back. Pathetic, greedy swindlers who could care less whether they're endangering others just so they can make a quick buck. I totally get (and support) making a profit for one's business, but not at the expense of human safety. I'm not sure why anyone would want to attract negative karma to themselves based on dubious actions such as these? But alas...that's the energy Speedline Motors has decided to embrace. As for me, thankfully I did not enter into any contract with them. I can only imagine what sneaky things they'd try to insert into the financing terms. Part of me wonders if they even have an actual title for some of the vehicles on the lot. Anyhow...do yourselves a favor and keep looking elsewhere! If something seems too good to be true (especially at a used car dealer with ongoing negative Yelp reviews), then it probably is. I've attached screenshots as proof. Wishing you all the best fellow car shoppers! As for Speedline Motors...wishing you all the appropriate karma. May you reap what you sow.

These scam artists pray on the vulnerable & those looking for a simple car! Not even 8 months ago I went in for a Honda accord that was for 7 grand & was about to put 2 grand down when they changed their mind & did the old bait & switch raising the price to $13 grand, but oh we have a brand new car that you like, more reliable, great on gas & it's a Toyota! I didn't know what a Mirai was, neither did they, but I was approved on the spot, but had to wait for a second approval on the phone! Next day I found out it isn't a hybrid as I thought & as they claimed, it's a fking hydrogen car that aint shit, IT'S JUNK! By law I had 3 days to return the vehicle & I tried to do that, but the owner of the place was violent over the phone, talking shit & threatening to sue me & I still have the recording! I was nice & courteous & wanted him to take the car back, he kept refusing, then stopped answering my calls! The owner also claimed I got the second approval, he got his money, yet I was told over the phone by the finance lady that somebody will notify me in 3 days to a week, so how the fk the next day he got his money?! Well somehow, he did, & I'm stuck with this brick! Scam artists! Not even a year yet, been 8 months now, money I don't have, I had to change 3 tires that we're old & dry rotted, but they claimed it was new! I still have to change the passenger side! That's about $1300 on 3 tires already! I wonder what name they'll come up with to scam more people! Car Gurus claimed them to be the number one used auto dealership in Orange County, I fell for that shit!

There are plenty of great reasons to go with a credit union for all of those things, you should really check it out. One of the major factors for me in this credit union is the friendliness and quality of the people that work here. It's kind of like going to Cheers where everybody knows your name, and they make you feel right at home. When I'm in Orange county this is definitely my go-to Branch, as it is right down the street from where I normally stay., and their hours are perfect because I can always stop by in between meetings. Inside the branch everything is neat and clean and feels modern and fresh. Again, the real standout is the people that work here. Always friendly, always attentive, and willing to be courteous and chatty. I appreciate that as it can make it rather boring bank experience. Much more pleasurable. Added bonus, they have a coinstar machine inside, and if you are a credit Union member, you get no fees charged to exchange your coins for paper money. That in and of itself saves you easily 12 or 13%. Bottom line, I cannot recommend this place enough, if you live in Orange county, or if you had lived in Orange county. This is a great place to go to join a credit union and take advantage of all of the savings that they offer their members.

As a young, first-time car buyer, I really appreciated her honesty and guidance throughout the process. I originally brought her a car that I thought was the right choice, but Erika encouraged me to keep looking and find something better. At the time, I didn't realize how good of a recommendation that was, but looking back, it honestly helped me out in the long run. Erika was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely looked out for my best interest rather than just trying to finalize the loan. She helped make the entire process much easier and gave me advice that I truly appreciated. I'm very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend Erika to anyone looking for someone they can trust with their auto loan! I also want to give a big shoutout to Juan Hernández at Orange County's Credit Union in Anaheim. Juan recently helped me lower my APR from 8.9% to 5.4%, which made a huge difference for me financially. He took the time to help me understand my options and made the process go smoothly. I really appreciate him going out of his way to help me get a much better rate instead of just leaving me with the original loan terms. Juan provided excellent customer service and was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. I'm very grateful for his help and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for someone who actually cares about helping their customers!

SCAM CITY - BUYERS BEWARE…read more Buckle up, story time. I've been looking for a Lexus SUV for my family for a while. I saw Vision Hankook on Cars.com, and the LX570 was priced very competitively and looked amazing in pics. I spoke with Mateen, who was very eager and friendly, so this gave me high hopes. He also texted me videos and even more pictures, which had me salivating, thinking it was an amazing deal. I WAS WRONG. As I'm coming from San Diego (2 hours south via train), I told him it was important that the car be ready for me to see and that a local mechanic (near the dealership) review it. I would obviously pay for this service. Mateen had no issues with this and was *confident* the car would pass with flying colors - perfect! Our appointment was set for the following day at 11 am. The following morning, I take the day off work and book a train ticket to head up for our mutually agreed appointment, less than 24 hours prior. This is where things go wrong. 3/4 of the way up to our appointment, I received a text: "I apologize for today, I have to cancel, I just found out the owner sent the car to auction yesterday afternoon, it won't be possible to view the car today, it should be back tomorrow, can you come tomorrow?" ABSOLUTELY NOT. But also, why would you take a car to sell at auction, then tell me it will be there tomorrow? Mind you, Mateen had sent me pictures of the car the afternoon prior, so I don't know when this would have happened. I explain that I am on the train and will not cancel the appointment; I will still go to his office, OR I will take an Uber to see the car at the auction. At this point, I am committed. I could sense that scared Mateen a little. He scrambled, said the owner had been notified, and that he would have the car at the dealership by 4 pm that same day. Extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and professionalism, but I've already committed time/money to this journey, so I'd like to see it through. When I arrived at his office, Mateen greeted me very apologetically and had me wait in one of the cubicles next to what looked like a TikTok spam bot center with multiple cellphones ringing and chirping over and over. I informed Mateen that I'd like to speak with the owner and find out where the car was so I could see it at the auction. He said we were in luck! The car was on its way. Great!! 15, 20, 30, 45 minutes go by. I ask Mateen, "Do we have an ETA? If the car isn't coming, I need to book a train home." He says, "Oh, let me get the owner." Out comes another man, whose name I was not able to remember, and he says, "Oh, the car is next door at the mechanic." Weird, it was supposed to be at the auction...? "Yes, it WAS at the auction, but we just got here because we found a small leak in the radiator, and we are replacing it now for you - you can go see it if you want." I AM SO GLAD I LOOKED AT IT.............. HALF OF THE ENGINE WAS OUT (I have pictures) The intake manifold was off the engine, there was dried coolant all over the block and in the intake port itself. This means there was a gasket leak, and it probably overheated. Not only that, the mechanic didn't even have the car on proper jack stands or a lift; the front wheels were off, and the car was sitting on its base suspension on the ground!!! What probably happened was, they KNEW a mechanic would call this out, so they tried buying time to quickly fix it/patch it up so I (or some other sucker) would buy it, not knowing about the ticking time bomb under the hood. As someone who has worked on engines before, I know that whole process takes time, removing the sensors, bolts, manifold, etc. So the car was NEVER at the auction, and they were caught in a lie! After all this, Mateen, knowing I had just caught on to their ruse, has the gall to ask, "So would you like to come back and test-drive tomorrow?" Needless to say, Mateen, I would not...
